Supernatural Territory,
There is a woman figure walking slowly in the night while holding an elf in her hand, blood is leaking from the corner of the woman’s mouth as she walks gracefully.
Just from looking at the woman’s appearance, it’s clear that she’s a Vampire.
Her pale skin was just like a living corpse, the red eyes and the intense blood energy coming from her stated clearly that she belongs to the Vampire race.
Every step she takes splashes blood energy into the surrounding,
The black skull crest on the Vampire’s black armor also shows that she’s a Royal Vampire, a very high-rank Supernatural that belongs to the upper echelons of the Supernatural race.
Only a handful of Vampires have blood energy this terrifying,
The blood energy coming out of her reaches far to the surrounding, even the bloody scent coming from her is so thick alerting any Elves around her.
This Vampire is none other than Duchess Demelza.
She was sent here by King Solomon,
Demelza arrived at the Elf’s territory as the place was filled with green to the brim, she was walking elegantly while dragging the Elf that she captured slowly traveling forward.
She’s currently in the heart of the Elf’s territory, Balleymanthilion.
Balleymanthilion is also referred to as the Great Tree which is the place where the high-ranking Elves live, just in front of Demelza lies a very huge tree that even puts a skyscraper to shame.
Nature energy swirls around the Great Tree which becomes the life source of the Elves.
It’s the Great Elven Tree, and this is the place she came for.
There’s a very huge river near the Great Tree with a waterfall at the end of it, the waterfall sound decorated the silent night as Demelza keeps on progressing forward slowly.
She looks absolutely terrifying while gripping the dead Elf’s throat with her claws.
Even with the night at its peak, the Balleymanthilion is not dimmed.
Some of the trees around here lit up with blue light under the night darkness, they lit up the night and makes the place astonishing to marvel at.
But the scenery didn’t impress Demelza
Demelza can already sense many pair of eyes are hawking at her all around,
These pair of eyes are surely came from the elves that lived here, but when Demelza raises her gaze exposing her ruby red eyes the Elves watching her jolted back.
Many of them that are already pointing their bows at Demelza stiffen,
Just from a glance, the Elves around the place were frozen in place unable to move as if Demelza’s gaze alone can render them incapable of resisting.
When Demelza arrived just beside the very big river a group of Elves landed in front of her.
“Greeting to the Royal Vampire!”, an Elf that leads the group greeted politely.
All of the Elves stopped in front of Demelza who keep on walking slowly bowed,
The Elf that leads the group is wearing a fancy blue and white uniform of the Elf’s army, his face was delicate just like a woman’s face but his figure is muscular.
A Blue cape with white furs on its edges shows that this Elf is a captain with a seventh rank power.
After greeting Demelza politely, the Elf then introduced, “My name is Sylvar from the battle division of Balleymanthilion, I’m tasked to escort your highness to Queen Shanaela”
“If your highness would just follow me, It will-“
Sylvar stop mid-sentence when he saw that Demelza hasn’t stopped moving slowly towards the Great Tree, he was looking at Demelza in confusion as Demelza is already nearing the group.
He saw Demelza raises her slender fingers,
Blood energy cloaked her fingers making Sylvar steps back in alert, then suddenly,
Snap!
Demelza flick her fingers gracefully before a shockwave of blood energy exploded to her surroundings, and upon getting hit by the shockwave,
BURST!
“RARGHH!”
“AARGH!”
All of the elves’ bodies in front of Demelza exploded as if they were nothing, their flesh, organs, and blood burst into the surroundings but none of it manage to stain Demelza at all.
It was stopped by a red barrier surrounding her body,
Sylvar is the only one that manages to survive Demelza’s attack but he’s not in good condition, the uniform that gives him the air of captain was stained with the blood of the others.
He’s kneeling on the ground as his internal organs almost exploded from that attack.
Even his ears are starting to bleed because of Demelza’s attack, and when he raises his gaze to see Demelza all he can see are the cold and undisturbed red eyes of Demelza looking down on him as if he’s an ant.
Just like that, a seventh rank Elf was rendered incapable of fighting.
With her slender fingers, Demelza caressed Sylvar’s face lightly while looking directly with her red ruby eyes, “Nature’s Guardians…”
“W-We knows why you’re here, Queen Shanaela can explain the misunderstanding…”, Sylvar said albeit strugglingly, he’s absolutely terrified while looking at Demelza.
He even tries to desperately hold on to the blood that wanted to gush out of his mouth.
Hearing this, Demelza raises one of her eyebrows while looking at Sylvar.
With her soft but terrifying voice, Demelza then added, “Where… is the Nature’s Guardians?”, she asks again but now with a more deep voice emphasizing her thinning patience.
“L-Let the queen explains, it’s a misunderstanding!”, Sylvar said again.
But this makes Demelza’s expression darken as the blood energy from her body wrapped onto Sylvar, the blood energy started swirling on Sylvar’s body lifting him off the ground.
The painful wails coming from Sylvar reverberated to the surrounding,
Demelza is ruthless as she kept on torturing Sylvar, the blood energy slowly ripped Sylvar’s armor before prickling his skin to draw out the blood flowing within him.
It’s a gruesome process that terrifies the surrounding Elves that are watching,
Because of the display of power from just a flick of her fingers, the surrounding Elves that are watching immediately flee as they know that they won’t have a chance.
If they try to attack Demelza, they would be brushed off on a whim.
The other Elves can only watch helplessly as their grounds got trampled by one Vampire alone, Demelza is too powerful for them that they can’t do anything but watch.
But Demelza stopped when she sensed a figure landed not far from her,
Upon seeing the figure that arrived near her, the blood energy coming from Demelza becomes even more riled up as she tilts her head to look at the figure.
“Stop it, Duchess Demelza. Let Sylvar go!”, the Elf that arrived commanded.
The Elf that said this looks different than the regular elves,
Aside from its aura alone reaching the eighth rank power, this Elf has purple skin with four bones sprouting from her back like spider legs.
But her face is contorted angrily while glaring at Demelza,
The elf then added, “Duchess Demelza, stop your aggressive intrusion or we will be forced to use violence. We do not want the misunderstanding turns into bad blood, let Queen Shanaela explains the misunderstanding”
Demelza cracks a sweet smile before she replied, “I’m not here to hear the Queen’s explanation”
BOOM!
A huge tree monster came out of the ground,
The tree monster has a green glowing core in the middle of its chest, roots that are thicker than a bus, and its body is as big as a building emitting the same amount of energy as the purple-skinned Elf which shows that this monster also has eighth rank power.
Both are powerful, and Demelza finds a similar mark on their bodies.
Just from the mark alone, Demelza concluded that they’re the Guardians of Nature from the Elf’s race, the target that she came here for.
Demelza looked at the both of them before her blood energy went crazy,
“DUCHESS DEMELZA! DON’T DO ANYTHING RASH!”, the purple-skinned Elf shouted but Demelza didn’t stop, this makes the tree monster attack Demelza with its thick roots.
BOOM!
Dozens of thick roots went straight ahead trying to restrain Demelza,
But out of nowhere, the blood energy gathers on the tip of Demelza’s hand before she chanted exposing her sharp fangs, “Scream of Lost Siren”
RAAAHH!
A red soundwave was created after Demelza’s chant,
The red soundwave prickled the roots heading towards her, all of the roots started to crumble under the intense power coming from the soundwave before all of them got destroyed.
Even the tree monster jumped away to dodge this attack,
Demelza’s attack didn’t stop there as it kept going and destroying everything in a straight-line path, and this makes the purple-skinned elf and the tree monster frown.
“Siren’s spell?!”, the purple-skinned elf exclaimed.
After doing that, Demelza started to move ignoring the shocked expression on her enemies.
Her body turns into a blur before she appears right in front of the tree monster,
Demelza’s claws glow red with blood energy as she swipes her front, “Malovelent Blood Claws”
SLASH!
Ten red claw slash was sent toward the tree monster emitting terrifying power, the ten red claw slash was so powerful that it makes the ground shake and the wind flutters chaotically.
In response to this,
The tree monster gathers nature’s energy as its body started beaming with green light, the natural energy cloaked its body as the ten red claw slash arrives.
BOOM!!
A powerful shockwave was created after its collision,
The Elves around the area got blown away as the shockwave spans to five miles radius destroying anything it touches, the beautiful scenery shattered in an instant.
Some of the Elves died in the surroundings because of the shockwave,
Looking at this, the purple-skinned elf jumped as she intends to help the tree monster.
She jumped onto the air as she summons a huge purple arrow,
The purple arrow is almost as big as the tree monster, it sucks nature energy from the surroundings crazily and because the nature energy here is abundant.
It only takes a few seconds before this purple arrow is completed,
“Piercing Wrath of Nature!!”
SWOOSH!!
The huge purple arrow flew towards Demelza like a jet intending to pierce Demelza, the tree monster leaped away intending to dodge the purple arrow.
Demelza also saw this as she jumped away to dodge it,
But her eyes widen a little when she saw the purple arrow is following her, it kept following her no matter where she goes as the purple-skinned elf summons another arrow.
SWOOSH!
Two more arrows flew toward Demelza not giving her any time to breathe,
Feeling that she will not be able to flee from these purple arrows, Demelza gritted her teeth as the blood from the dead Elves around here got sucked into her.
Demelza’s eyes then glow red violently as she chanted, “Royal Blood Magic!”
“Hymn of Blood!
SWOOSH!
The blood gathers around Demelza’s body before it exploded into the surroundings powerfully, it kept expanding as it collides with the three purple arrows pushing them back.
Under the purple-skinned elf’s eyes, two purple arrows exploded.
BOOM!!
One of the purple arrows manages to tear through Demelza’s spell and exploded right at Demelza, it makes the purple-skinned elf and the tree monster stop for a second.
After the smoke recedes, they saw Demelza with her upper body injured.
But under their eyes, Demelza’s upper body absorbs the surrounding blood from the dead Elves as it started to heal at a rapid pace until there’s not a trace left.
This makes the purple-skinned elf frown as she knows fighting Demelza is not easy,
Demelza cracks a grin as she raises her gaze slowly, there’s a crazed look on her face as she glares at the purple-skinned elf sinisterly.
A moment later,
The tree monster and the purple-skinned elf landed beside each other as they stare at Demelza in front of them, wounds covering their body as they breathe heavily.
Even with two against one, they can’t have the upper hand against Demelza.
Although Demelza is also wounded from the fight, the blood from the dead Elves on the surroundings rejuvenates her as her wounds closed up instantly.
The two can’t hurt Demelza faster than she can heal,
Demelza will keep on getting weaker from the nature energy infiltration to her body, but her physical wounds are closing up rather nicely which trumps the two on a battle of endurance.
It’s a nightmare for creatures possessing blood to fight powerful Vampires.
The place that is brimming with the beautiful blue night was engulfed by the darkness once again, the surrounding trees are blown away by the impact of their fight.
Even the water of the big river on the side turns red,
Just from roughly counting the Elf corpses around them, there are at least about four or five thousand unfortunate Elves that died from the battle impact.
These Elves are trying to defend the surrounding nature,
But the shockwaves coming from the battle collision were too powerful for them to handle, and it killed most of them in the process.
Although many Elves died, all of them are from the battle division just like Sylvar,
“Duchess Demelza, this is an unnecessary fight! We should stop this before it’s too late!”, the purple-skinned elf shouted desperately.
It’s clear that they’re on the losing end even with the abundant nature energy around them.
Hearing this, Demelza’s expression didn’t change a bit as she only coldly stares at the purple-skinned elf and the tree monster.
Then suddenly, “Deaden Nightmare!”
Flash!
Demelza’s eyes suddenly flash with blood energy making the purple-skinned elf and the tree monster stepped back, their mind suddenly got hit by a mental attack.
It’s very powerful that makes their heads dizzy as they try to keep their consciousness.
But since they’re caught off guard, the both of them got engulfed by Demelza’s mental attack as their minds was put into a nightmare while their real bodies become stiff.
After putting them both to sleep, Demelza walks toward their body slowly.
The sound of her light feet echoes in the destroyed place as her claws glow red,
Although the purple-skinned elf and the tree monster are in a dream-like state, they can still feel Demelza approaching with killing intent but their bodies are not listening to them.
Demelza then cast one last cold look at the both of them,
She then grabbed the purple-skinned elf’s throat and ripped it with her claws, the purple-skinned elf died instantly right after that as her eyes rolled backward.
The tree monster also has the same fate as Demelza intends to rip the green core.
But before she can do that,
“What is the meaning of this?!”, Queen Shanaela stands in front of the Great Tree with a darkened look, she saw the purple-skinned elf and the tree monster in utter disbelief.
The fight unconsciously brings Demelza near the Great Tree,
Upon closer inspection, Demelza notices that there was a green translucent barrier surrounding the Great Tree which seems to be a protective barrier.
Demelza’s attention then was brought back to Queen Shanaela,
There are three powerful Elf besides Queen Shanaela,
Two of them have eighth rank power just like the ones Demelza killed, while the other one has seventh rank power and they also have the same marks which show that they’re a part of Nature’s Guardians.
Hearing this, Demelza raises her gaze to Queen Shanaela.
She then said, “King Solomon demands you to give an explanation for the recent attack on our food storage, You will be coming with me to our castle”
“Do you have to kill them?”, Queen Shanaela asks with a painful voice.
Without answering Queen Shanaela’s question, Demelza ruthlessly step on the tree monster before she ripped the green core right out of its body and killed it.
This makes Queen Shanaela and the other elves grind their teeth in anger,
But this didn’t faze Demelza at all as her eyes landed on one of the Nature’s Guardians on Queen Shanaela’s side, “One of you, offer your life to me and give no more resistance”
As if it’s not enough, Demelza demanded another life.
“WHAT DID YOU SAY?!”, one of nature’s guardians shouted as his eyes glows green.
The ground trembles under this Nature’s Guardians might as it seems he’s as strong as Demelza, he might be even stronger but Demelza still doesn’t react to him.
Queen Shanaela then said, “You already killed two of our best, and you still demand more?”
“Is this King Solomon’s order?”, she added.
Hearing this, Demelza didn’t reply making Queen Shanaela grip the edge of her dress angrily before she finally said, “I’ll talk to King Solomon so don’t kill anymore, I will see to it that you will not be punished by King Solomon. You have my words”
The proposal caught Demelza off guard as she widens her eyes,
She nodded her head in agreement but her eyes suddenly caught a teen Elf that is hiding behind Queen Shanaela, “Fine, let’s make haste back to our territory. Only the Queen can come”
“Are you suggesting to leave our Queen’s life to you! That won’t happen!”
Queen Shanaela looks at the elf that shouted before she shakes her head, she then looks back at Evelyn and walks toward her gracefully, “Let us not waste any more time then”
“But my Queen! We can’t just let you go there alone!”, the elf said again unwillingly.
This made Queen Shanaela stop on her track as she glance back and shook her head, “Hastios, it’s fine. Nothing will happen to me”
Hastios clenched his jaw before he turns his head away reluctantly,
After saying that, Queen Shanaela walks out of the translucent green barrier and she arrived beside Demelza who is looking at her calmly.
“Mother! Don’t leave me!”, the teen Elf ran out of the barrier and hugs Queen Shanaela.
Seeing this, the Nature’s guardians widen their eyes as Hastios shouted in shock, “Prince! You can’t go there! It’s dangerous!”
Even Queen Shanaela was surprised by the teen,
But seeing this, Demelza’s mouth quirks up into a smile.
Slash!!
Demelza sent a blood needle grazing the teen Elf’s cheek, his blood got sucked into the blood needle before the needle went back to Demelza.
“What are you doing?!”, Queen Shanaela shouted in shock as she hugs the prince.
Hearing this, Demelza plays with the blood needle with a nasty grin as she said, “It’s a precaution measure if you fail to keep your words and King Solomon punished me…”
“I’m going to take your son’s life!’, Demelza added with a crazed expression.
