Leaving the room, the nurses sent remarks of concern to Rex.
All of them advised Rex to not move much and stay on his bed, but with just a smile from Rex, all of them stopped their bickering as their faces went red.
At that exact moment, Edward and Rex went past them.
"The room is over here", Edward said as he signal Rex to follow him to the left.
The both of them went through the hospital hall with Rex still in a patient blue robe, there were not many people on this floor since this is the VIP section.
But some people glance at him curiously since his appearance is not exactly right to wander around in a hospital.
Both of them arrive in front of room 20,
Rex looks at Edward before Edward said, "This is Kyran's room"
After nodding his head, Rex opens the door and saw Kyran rushing to his bed weirdly while pretending to eat the tray of food on his bed with as many bandages around his body just like Rex.
Kyran even wears soft neck collars as he eats slowly.
Looking at this, Rex frowns in confusion, "Why are you panicking?", he asks.
"Nothing, I just don't like the food and the nurse is forcing me to eat this", Kyran said while pointing at the plain porridge in front of him.
Although he sounds convincing, Rex finds something is weird in Kyran's expression.
He doesn't know what, but Kyran looks odd for some reason.
Inside the room is nothing much except for medical equipment, the place is quite spacious just like Rex's room with a window beside the bed and there's even a toilet inside.
There's also a door right beside Kyran's bed that should lead to the next room.
"How're you doing?", Rex asks while sitting on a chair beside Kyran's bed.
Kyran looks at Rex who has numerous bandages around his body, he tries to hold in his laughter since Rex looks like a mummy and this makes Rex quite annoyed.
He then replied, "I'm fine actually, they forced me to wear this thing"
Kyran points at the soft neck collar that the doctor forced him to wear since his spinal cord is fractured, the doctor even wanted to do surgery but Kyran denied them since he's a Werewolf and these injuries will eventually heal by themselves.
"Can you walk?", Rex asks while looking up and down at Kyran's body.
Hearing this, Kyran stands up from the bed and takes off the soft neck collar showing that he doesn't need any of that.
But when he was about to bend his body, "Rggh!', he grunted.
It seems the hit from Ana on his back did quite a damage, even Kyran who is a Werewolf after-hours post the battle still hasn't recovered yet.
"Think u still need some rest", Edward added from the back.
Rex also sighs after Edward's remarks, but this makes Kyran feel agitated.
"I can move around freely, I just can't bend my body that much", Kyran added convincingly.
After seeing Kyran's determined look, Rex then finally said, "I want you to extract information from the Vampire I captured, Can you do that? Your Dark Element might be useful"
"Leave it to me!", Kyran said while puffing his chest.
Since Kyran has a Dark Element and also manage to extract information from the fake maid before, he definitely knows a thing or two about torturing.
It makes Rex think for a bit but Kyran's probably lucky with the last one.
"Here take this, go with Kyran to extract information from the Vampire", Rex said while giving the vial of Linzite to Edward, he then glanced at Kyran and said, "Make sure to ask her why Rosie's blood is important and the reason why the Vampires wanted to capture me"
Hearing this, Kyran nodded his head before the three of them left the room.
"Adhara's room is that one", Edward said while pointing at a door beside Kyran's room, door number 21 is Adhara's room.
Rex nodded his head before he went towards the door,
But seeing this, Kyran called to him, "Where are you going?", he asks.
Without turning towards Kyran, Rex answered nonchalantly, "Going to check on Adhara, you guys go on ahead", he said while waving his hand.
Kyran's expression becomes troubled for some reason,
"Is there something you want to tell Rex about?", Edward suddenly said from the side.
Kyran glanced at Edward with a wry smile before he shakes his head, "Rex is going to kill me, I shouldn't have told her", he said with beads of cold sweat around his face.
After reaching door number 21, Rex knocks on it and opens the door.
Once he opened the door, he can already see Adhara sitting on the bed while looking out of the window in a gloomy mood.
The room is identical to Kyran's room except for the door beside the bed, there's here.
Her face turns towards the door upon hearing the door is opened,
Rex smiles at her as he walks in, but to his surprise, Adhara's expression turns colder upon seeing Rex coming inside the room which surprised Rex for a bit.
From the very start of their meeting, Adhara wears that kind of expression.
He never saw Adhara's expression this cold, and somehow Rex felt the same odd feeling just like when he meet with Kyran before.
"How're you doing? Feeling any better?", Rex asks lightly.
His question only replied with a slight hmm by Adhara, and this makes it even odder.
Rex reaches for Adhara's hair and slowly tidy her hair that falls down in front of her face, he did it casually since they just escape the ropes of death.
But when Adhara's face is fully revealed, Rex widens his eyes in surprise.
There's a tear flowing down her cheek as she avoids Rex's gaze, she kept facing the window even though Rex notices the tear flowing down his cheek.
"Why are you crying?", Rex asks in confusion.
Although the circumstances that they just escape from are very dire and depressing, Rex never thought that Adhara will cry from it since she's a strong woman in front of his eyes.
So the tear on her face greatly shocks Rex,
After Rex realized the tear, more tears came out of Adhara's eyes making Rex panic.
"Why don't you ask yourself why", Adhara said with a shaky voice as she wipes the tears flowing down her cheek for them to only be replaced by a new one.
Hearing this, Rex frowned in thought as he didn't know why she was crying.
Adhara then added, "Are you really going to act all innocent? Do you really think I'm stupid?"
"What do you mean? I never once thought of you like th-"
Before Rex can finish his sentence, Adhara suddenly snapped as she shouted, "Then why are you lying in front of my face?! I know what you did with Rosie!"
Upon hearing this, Rex's body froze as he didn't expect this topic to come out.
'How did she know about that?', Rex thought in surprise.
But then he suddenly recalled how Kyran is acting all odd and all as he finally realizes, 'Kyran?! Why did he tell her about this', Rex thought helplessly.
"Listen to me, I wanted to tell you but-",
Slap!
Rex's hand got slapped away as Adhara glared at him, she looks furious right now.
"You said that there is something between us, I don't mind you not making a move at all since all you can think about is getting stronger. But why did you do it with her? WHY?!", Adhara shouted as her tears burst, she let out all the frustration inside and pour it all at Rex.
Looking at this, Rex was at a loss for words as he went closer to Adhara.
But seeing Rex trying to get closer to her, Adhara jumped out of the bed as she points at Rex fiercely, "Don't you dare come near me"
Rex also stands up trying to calm Adhara down, "Just listen to me first"
Slowly but surely, Rex inches closer to Adhara and holds her hands gently but this makes Adhara burst as she started pushing and twister her arms.
Prang!
"Listen to me, hey, hey!", Rex tries what he can to calm her down.
Her push is filled with power as Rex got pushed back and hits the bed behind him, the bed's legs also have a wheel on them and this makes the bed get flung and hit the wall behind him.
It went on for almost a minute as Rex got hit repeatedly,
Anyone that is seeing this can see that Rex is really confused about what he should do.
But even though he kept trying until finally,

Adhara landed a solid slap on Rex's face leaving a red mark on his face, this caught Rex off guard but when Adhara was about to slap him again Rex shouted, "We didn't do it!"
Hearing this, Adhara's hand that was about to swing at Rex stopped.
"We didn't do it", Rex repeats his words one more time as he looks at Adhara seriously.
This makes Adhara's angry expression turns into a frown as she looks at Rex intently, Rex is inching closer as he whispers lightly, "We didn't do it okay?"
"What do you mean by that?", Adhara asks while still wary of Rex.
"That night on the train, I confess that I did get consumed by lust but! It's because of the Violet Moon, I already hurry back but there's just no time. But we didn't manage to do it I swear! We got hit by the demons before I manage to make a mistake", Rex explain clearly.
The night when it's the Violet Moon, his memories are blurry about that night.
But even so, Rex is sure that he didn't manage to do the deed with Rosie since they got attacked by the Demons and tripped the train over.
Adhara's body froze as Rex wrap his arms around Adhara's waist and pull her closer.
While he's doing this, Adhara is dazed before she snapped back from her daze and looks at Rex's eyes intently as Rex started to push her slowly towards the wall.
It didn't take long before Adhara is pinned on the wall covered by Rex's body.
Rex's breathing becomes heavy as his face turns red, but when he was about to lean forward Adhara puts her finger on Rex's lips stopping his advancement, "Is it true?"
"Or are you just lying to me?", she said seriously while studying Rex's expression.
Hearing this, Rex smiles teasingly exposing his human fangs.
He then pulls Adhara's finger away from his lips and leans closer, "It's true", he whispers before finally both of their lips intertwine with each other.
Their gentle kiss is soft but it turns into a lustful one in a matter of seconds,
All of the bandages around both of their bodies started to get stripped off by the opposites, they didn't feel any kind of pain anymore as their bodies burned with lust.
