Chapter 29 – The battle between love rivals
A dash of purple figure flies by in the dark night, falling gracefully to the side of the spring. The tall and upright stature, pretty and handsome face, it is no other than the crown prince of Qin, Ye Yi Chen. He stares at Ouyang Shao Chen and Murong Xue in the hot spring with his pair of eyes burning with raging flame. He wanted them burned to death!
Ouyang Shao Chen reflexes with a sense of alertness. He grabs the soaking long skirt in the water, put it on over Murong Xue’s delicate body, covering her exposed flesh, unmannerly expulse: “Crown Prince of Qin, this is a place where you are not welcomed, please leave immediately!”
“ Save your breath Ouyang royals, I, the crown Prince have found the person I’m looking for and I shall leave without delay.” Ye Yi Chen experienced beforehand Ouyang Shao Chen’s martial art skills and tricks beside this compound are situated in his palace. It is inadvisable to have a conflict here with Ouyang Shao Chen and shouldn’t even be bothered. He appears only because of the person he’s looking for: “ Murong Xue, come here!”
He has been concerned about her poison attack. Night after night he wanted to send her the Fire lotus seed, but to his surprise, she is with Ouyang Shao Chen, lathering together in a hot spring and snuggling in intimacy. It is distasteful to the max.
The forceful command pierces through the eardrum of MuRong Xue’s. She creases her eye brown wanting to return words, but she forgets her soft and feeble body, left without any strength. No matter how hard she tries, her heavy eyelid won’t open. Her heart sigh helplessly, giving up on reciprocate.
She curls up inside Ouyang Shao Chen’s chest in idleness, even her eyelid has not a slight gesture of moving. In Ye Yi Chen’s realization, he knows that she won’t attend to him. His angry eyes burns abruptly like a raging flamethrower: “ MU RONG XUE!”
“ Stop calling her. Her cold poison is taking effect. She has no room to bother you!” OuYang Shao Chen replies him apathetically.
Suddenly, Ye Yi Chen spooked a little bit when he realizes it is already midnight. The white bottle of a porcelain vase on his hand glows a glimpse of dim light in the dark night: Inside the vase is filled with the Fire Lotus Seed that can rescue Mu Rong Xue’s life. He won’t let her die. It is obvious that he will eventually give the Fire Lotus Seed to her. However, before handing it over to her, he makes sure she knows that if she desires to live, he is the only person in this world that can save her. She has to rely on him.
Murong Xue looks up and sees only Ouyang Shao Chen’s eyes looking back at her. Her delicate face restored its scarlet complexion a moment ago suddenly turns pale white, droplets of sweat like big beans loom on her forehead and her delicate body shivers slightly.
Ouyang Shao Chen congeals his sight for a second, it’s her ….. cold poison breaking out again. It seems his endogenic force fused with the warmth from the hot spring can only drive out the toxins inside her body temporarily. If she is to survive safely tonight, she’ll need the Fire Lotus Seed!
The palm wields gently; the white brocade gown lying on the shore flies into his hand instantaneously. The sharp stern eyes of Ye Yi Chen squints: “Why would you have the Fire Lotus Seed?” Fire lotus seed grows on the Fire Yun Shan Mountain, it is collected and delivered to the Qin palace when it reached maturity, and very few quantities are leaked outside, must be confiscated by Zhen Dynasty ….
“Why couldn’t I, the royals have it when you also have it?” With a cocky attitude, Ouyang Shao Chen casts a glance on him, provokes the gloomy and terrific Ye Yi Chen to reciprocate: “It is only a Fire Lotus Seed, what’s there to be cocky about?

Ye Yi Chen looking livid: “ Xuer? How intimate with you calling her name like that！”
Watching Ouyang Shao Chen turns around and about to leave the scene with Murong Xue in his arms. Bridges of powerful endogenic forces shoots out from his sleeves, maneuvered by his spread out fingers. It is directed on all sides aiming towards OuYang Shao Chen. Ouyang Shao Chen’s eyes trembles a little bit.
“You may leave, but Murong Xue stays with me!”
The forceful and callous command penetrates Ouyang Shao Chen’s ear. The corner of his lips, curve up as though as he is amused. He flicks his fingers; countless endogenic forces blaze out to meet the attacks. A loud bang “ Pang Pang Pang ” echoes, the magnitude of the endogenic forces burst in the middle of the sky, elevates an atmosphere of dust …
As the dust and mist cleared, the surrounding becomes hollow. Ouyang Shao chen and Murong Xue’s figure disappeared, remaining only Ye Yi Chen alone at the side of the huge warm spring.
Facing in the direction those pair lefts, Ye Yi Chen’s facial turns darkening and terrific. His fist secluded under his sleeve clenched tightly, “ Ka Cha ” was heard. The white porcelain vase crumbles into powder together with the porcelain and lotus seed foam, merging with his raw blood meandering through the gaps between his fingers. Though, he is completely unaware. His cold-stern eyes glitters at front: “Ouyang Shao Chen, I, the King will make you pay!”
The color of the night dense gradually, OuYang Shao Chen crosses several houses, streets, and arrived lightly at his royal residence. His snowy color drapes flutter. Although it is only white apparel, but still he looks perilously graceful.
The guard defending at the courtyard walks up with anxious steps, greet reverently: “ My Prince!”

He holds Murong Xue and enters his room with his steps move swiftly like the wing. He snaps his fingers and the door closed, isolates the sight that the guard follows.
Inside his chamber, Ouyang Shao Chen placed Murong Xue cautiously on the bed carving with flower patterns. He unties the long skirt and gown that covers her body tightly and pulled a long thin cloth covered over her body.
Murong Xue’s eyes are closed. Her long eyelashes are like the butterfly wing, forming two thick shadows on the eye lid, her moisture and pink lips purse up slightly, the tranquil and peaceful look unsuggested for blemish. A jade slid from her clothes, falling beside the pillow, the red thread attached to the jade is hanging on the nape of her neck.
Ouyang Shao Chen sits beside the bed. He picks up the jade pendant and examine its finely carve, glossy bright and mild warm attributes. The longer the grasps, the warmer it propels the body’s blood circulation. This is a priceless. This is a superior warm jade!
She has been wearing this jade pendant!
Ouyang Shao Chen shows a quirky expression and then becomes dim after. He placed the jade pendant carefully inside Murong Xue’s clothes, sticking to her skin.
