Yu’Keto’s sharp eyes noticed Alister’s distant gaze, his expression clouded by deep thought. Taking a step closer, he spoke, “Young lord, is everything all right?”
Alister blinked, snapping out of his train of thought. “It is,” he replied, though his tone sounded a bit downcast.
Yu’Keto’s faint smirk appeared on his massive silver lips. “I have lived long enough to know when someone is hiding their troubles. But if you feel the need to keep it to yourself, I won’t pry. Just remember, stressing too much over what’s ahead will only weigh you down. Whatever you think may be a problem now is only going to sort itself out later. Always know I am here to fully support you, young lord. Let the worries of the future be my burden to carry.”
Alister’s lips twitched into a faint smile. Yu’Keto had always been perceptive, always seeming to know more than he let on, and in the past, this quality of his was one Alister found a bit annoying. But for the first time, he felt glad to have him by his side.
“Well now,” Yu’Keto continued, his voice shifting to a more businesslike tone. “On to more pressing matters-what’s next? We are all awaiting your orders.”
Alister’s gaze swept over the gathering. Dragon kin, his generals, and wyverns alike looked to him with expectation, their eyes filled with trust.
His thoughts stilled, and he nodded to himself.
‘Yu’Keto is right. I should put my questions aside for the moment and focus on the present. I’ll handle the rest later.’
‘I’m sure I’ll learn more about my past as long as I keep going through awakenings.’ Just then, a soft chime echoed in Alister’s mind, and a system notification appeared.

The weight of the notification sank in. The words buzzed in his mind, and he simply smiled slightly, his expression then becoming serious.
Alister’s gaze swept across the gathered assembly of his people, his golden eyes burning intensely.
He took a deliberate step forward, the weight of his presence silencing the crowd as he raised his head high, shoulders squared, arms folded behind.
“The next course of action is clear,” he said. As he spoke, he extended an arm, gesturing to the vast expanse of land around them.
He paused, his gaze locking with those of his dragons, dragon kin, and wyverns, each of whom looked back with resolve.
Clenching his fist tightly and bringing it to his chest, he continued.
“My dragons, today marks the beginning of a new era-one where the dragon race shall rise again!”
He spread both arms wide, as if embracing the future he envisioned.
“For too long, we have lived scattered and fragmented.”
He swept a hand across the crowd.
“But that ends now. I shall unite all of our scattered brethren and bring them here, to this land -our land-which from this day forth shall be our new home!”
He took another step forward as his voice grew heavier, more intense.
“This future we strive for will not come easily. No!”
He pointed to the horizon, his expression darkening.
“It will be drenched in blood. It will demand sacrifices.” He clenched his fist again, raising it high.
“We will have to trample upon all that dares to stand in our way. But it is a future worth fighting for—a future where the dragon race shall once again soar above all!”
Alister turned sharply, spreading his arms again as his voice thundered.
“Are you all prepared for this? To tread this perilous path along with me?”
The wyverns let out deafening roars that shook the ground, the dragons echoed with pride.
ROARRRRR!
The dragon kin erupted into cheers, their arms raised to the sky.
A rare, fiery smile spread across Alister’s face as he nodded, the light in his eyes blazing
brighter.
“Good. That is what I want to hear.”
He planted his feet firmly on the ground and raised his hand skyward, his claws crackling faintly with Ether.
Then, lowering his arm slowly, he fixed his gaze on the crowd.
“And to walk toward that future, I shall raise our new home from the ashes of the ones you all
lost.”
The dragon kin cheered once again.
The crowd grew quiet, watching intently as Alister began to stride forward.
As he walked, the system’s voice spoke clearly.

The moment the words left his lips, a surge of energy enveloped him.
His body tensed as he felt the fragments of the Overlord’s Broken Crown react.
Parts of his obsidian-black horns began to break off to reveal a golden layer underneath.
In his right hand, Restria shaped itself into a flawless diamond, its surface shimmering with an ethereal glow. Slowly, it embedded itself into the back of his scaled hand.
The system’s notification appeared again.
The Broken Crown fragments have been equipped. Restria(incomplete) has fused with the
