Late morning sunlight crept gently through the wooden shutters of the Half Moon Inn, casting golden lines across the soft bed. The incense from the night before had long burned out, replaced by the crisp scent of blooming sky-willow outside the window.
Yun Rou stirred slightly, her eyelashes fluttering. Her mind was still hazy—trapped between dream and waking—when a sudden knock echoed against the door.
“Thump… Tump… Thump…”
The sound was light, polite, but persistent. Her eyes snapped open.
The first thing she noticed was warmth—strong, steady, and close.
Kent’s palm was tightly gripping one of her milk white balloon and holding her like she was the only anchor in his world.
Yun Rou froze, heart pounding in her chest as the memories from the night before came rushing back like an untamed tide. Her face flushed crimson. She sat up abruptly, brushing the silk sheets aside and straightening her robe with hurried fingers.
What happened? Did we—? No… no, he was just… helping.
Kent stirred beside her, blinking open his eyes slowly, unfazed by the chaos unfolding in her head. He sat up without rushing and reached out, placing a calming hand on her shoulder.
“It’s alright,” he said softly, his voice rough with sleep but gentle like a whispering stream. “Nothing happened. You’re safe.”
Another knock came.
Then a familiar voice filtered through the door.
“Vice Leader? Are you awake?” It was Lin Lin. “Everyone’s already left for the special lecture. The one by the Immortal Master Token holder. We’re running late!”
Yun Rou straightened herself instinctively, her composure returning like armor being fastened in place. She smoothed her hair, cleared her throat, and called back, “I apologize, Lin Lin. I… overslept. Give me fifteen minutes, I’ll be down shortly.”
There was a short pause before Lin Lin responded.
“I’ll wait in the front hall then,” she said. But then, with a touch of curiosity in her tone, added, “Oh… did you see Kent? I didn’t see him in his room… He has been missing since this morning.”
Yun Rou’s mouth parted slightly, a flicker of embarrassment dancing in her eyes.
“I… don’t know,” she replied flatly, voice perfectly composed—far too composed.
Inside the room, Kent raised an eyebrow and chuckled. “Ouch,” he whispered, just loud enough for her to hear.
Before she could react, he reached over and pinched her pink node—lightly, teasingly—his fingers lingering for a heartbeat.
Yun Rou’s eyes widened. “Kent!”
“What?” he replied, entirely unbothered, a boyish grin tugging at his lips. “You don’t know me now?”
She glared at him for a second, trying not to smile. “You—”
But Kent was already up, stretching lazily. “Relax. I’ll leave through the window so your reputation remains untouched,” he joked, heading toward the balcony.
Yun Rou turned away, hiding the hint of a blush behind her sleeve. “Just get ready. We’re already late,” she muttered.
Kent stood up to leave.
“Wait…”
Yun Rou pulled him close and kissed his lips directly. She did not take another moment to waste, she directly hugged him tightly without letting him go. Her tears continued to drop as her lips moving intensely.
“Why are you crying… it’s too salty…” Kent muttered, holding her face.
“Ahh… Ahhm… I will cry when I am too happy. Don’t stop me now. We don’t have much time.” Yun Rou said while dragging him towards the round silky soft bed.
“Women are really unpredictable.” Kent thought as he fell on the bed. Yun Rou stripped him completely and took off her body clothes.
“Why is your body soo good?… Last night I didn’t feel it clearly.” Yun Rou questioned as she stood before the bed with a shy smile.
“Taste it… You might lick all day.” Kent replied with a sly wink and took her into his arms by holding her waist. As Yun Rou laid on the soft bed, Kent sat directly on her crouch and started massaging her pinky nodes with his large palms.
Yun Rou closed her eyes and enjoyed his soft touch all over her curvy body. Kent started kissing her neck and slowly moved down the road. After five more minutes of sweet kissing her body, Kent stretched her legs wide apart.
