One soldier gulped, unable to stop his gaze from drifting to the low cut of her saree, while another shifted nervously on his feet, clearly caught off guard by the spectacle before them.
“Is that…?” one of them whispered, his voice cracking.
“Queen Soya…” the other confirmed, eyes darting between his comrade and the approaching figure.
Without taking another glance at Soya’s skin, they quickly sent commands to the prison’s wizard chief.
The prison chief hurriedly arrived, beads of sweat forming on his brow. He bowed deeply in front of the queen. His voice trembled as he spoke.
“Y-Your Majesty… what brings you to this place at such an hour?” the chief stammered, clearly confused by the queen’s unexpected visit and her style of dressing. “Is there something urgent? Please, if you require anything, speak your command, and we will see to it at once.” He asked while his face turned red due to the scene of her skin.
But Queen Soya ignored his question. Her gaze remained fixed on the massive iron door of the prison, her eyes dark and unfathomable. Silence hung in the air for a moment as she seemed lost in thought, before her lips parted to give her command.
“I want everyone out,” she said sharply, her voice cold. “Every guard, every wizard, every insect, leave the prison. I wish to speak with Kent alone.”
The wizard chief blinked in surprise. He wasn’t sure he had heard her correctly. “Your Majesty… forgive me, but meeting a prisoner alone, especially under these circumstances, may not be wise. If you allow me, I can—”
“Did I ask for your opinion?” Queen Soya’s voice was icy, her eyes flashing dangerously. “I gave you an order, not a suggestion. There will be no one inside that prison while I speak with him. Is that understood?”
The wizard chief’s heart raced as he met her cold, commanding gaze. He knew better than to argue. “Understood, Your Majesty,” he said quickly, bowing once more.
Without further delay, he activated the command Ruby stone, sending out orders to clear the prison immediately.
Within minutes, guards and wizards alike began to file out, gathering in uniform rows in the courtyard, all eyes on the queen as she stood there, a vision of beauty and power under the pale moonlight.
Whispers rippled through the ranks, but none dared voice their thoughts openly. Even the most disciplined among them couldn’t help but steal glances at her alluring form. The sight of Queen Soya, dressed like a seductive doll, standing in the midst of the royal prison sent confusion and curiosity through the crowd.
The wizard chief approached her cautiously. “Everyone has left, Your Majesty. The prison is clear.”
Queen Soya gave a curt nod, her expression unreadable as she stepped toward the entrance. The soldiers and wizards watched in awe as she walked through the doors of the prison, her figure disappearing into the shadowed halls.
The sound of the heavy gates closing behind her echoed in the silence, marking her complete isolation with the prisoner.
Inside, the halls were dimly lit by flickering torches, casting an eerie glow on the walls. Queen Soya’s heels clicked on the cold floor as she moved deeper into the prison, her dress swaying with each step, the seductive fabric hugging her body in all the right places.
She was like a predator closing in on her prey.
Finally, she reached the room where Kent was being held. The door creaked as she pushed it open, revealing Kent chained to the wall, his shirt torn, his body bruised, but his eyes still gleaming with defiance.
Despite the days of torture, he looked at her with the same calm arrogance, his lips curling into a slight smile as she entered.
After taking a long look at her, Kent guessed that she came to offer her body.
“Ah, the queen herself,” Kent said, his voice laced with sarcasm. “To what do I owe the ‘pleasure’ of this midnight visit?”
Queen Soya’s lips curved into a sly smile as she stepped closer, her fingers brushing over the cold iron chains that bound him.
“Enough arguing with each other.” she whispered with a seductive smile while touching his chest. “I’ve come to offer you freedom.”
Kent raised an eyebrow, clearly surprised by her direct approach.
“Freedom?” he scoffed with a smile. “I killed a King and princess. If not for Raganr, I really wonder where the Royal family would have buried your dead body.” Kent said while pulling the chains with full force.
Immediately, the chains broke and restrictions shattered. He became free and took a step close to her.
Queen Soya’s heart skipped for a second. But soon, she controlled her urge to ran away. While staring into his face, she said, “Believe me. Due to the Doom family, we both became enemies without reason. So, I want to stand on your good side by offering freedom.” She said, while slightly pulling her saree to the side, revealing the snow white milky bags to distract Kent.
But Kent gaze fixed on her eyes. “And what, exactly, do you want in return for this generous offer?”
Soya’s eyes glinted with desire as she leaned in closer, her breath warm against his skin. “You see, Kent, I believe you are innocent. The Doom family… they’re the real culprits, the true criminals. I can have you released and your name cleared.” She smiled, the seductive curve of her lips impossible to ignore. “All I ask is that you become my personal guard.
My… protector.”
Kent let out a laugh, the sound echoing in the small room. But suddenly his face turned serious.
Kent stretched his hand and grabbed her hair. Soya’s face tilted to the side as Kent leaned on her face. Looking closely, almost at finger length, he said, “Your protector? Is that what this is about? You think I’ll bend the knee for a position?”
Queen Soya’s smile faltered slightly, but she quickly recovered. “Why not?” she winked, her voice dripping with temptation. “Don’t you want all of this?” She unhooked her chest clothes with one hand, revealing the alluring mounds with firmly stood out pink nipples. “I could be yours, every night. A queen at your side, in your bed.”
