“No! I am gambling just for the thrill!” The Grandmaster said with a frantic look on his face. It was clear that the Grandmaster was a lunatic that solely pursued a moment of excitement! He didn’t really care about the Infinity Stones as he only cared about how to get some excitement out of his boring, meaningless life.
“Let us start with 50-50 chance!” The Grandmaster said with a smirk on his face. Thor’s eyes immediately widened as couldn’t think of a way to stop the Grandmaster. He tried to rush towards the Grandmaster once more in order to prevent him from playing his stupid game, but many layers of Space Stone’s barrier stopped him from getting any closer to the Grandmaster!
As Thor relentlessly destroyed the layers of barriers, the Grandmaster just smirked and looked at Thor with victorious grin on his face!
“Don’t!” Thor shouted, but it was all too late! The Grandmaster snapped his fingers! Thor felt that his heart had stopped beating, but nothing happened! Thor stopped moving for a second and stared confusedly at the Grandmaster.
“Is this thing broken?” The Grandmaster frowned as he definitely felt the backlash of the Infinity Stones on his left arm. It was a sign that he successfully activated all 6 of the Infinity Stones at the same time, creating a massive burn on his left arms. Nevertheless, the Grandmaster was from a special race that didn’t have to worry about trivial injuries like this.
The Grandmaster then poked the Infinity Gauntlet to see if there was something wrong with the device, but he couldn’t tell what was wrong with it. But the Red Skull suddenly tapped the Grandmaster’s shoulder and pointed at the direction of Wakanda!
The Grandmaster immediately turned his attention and then he saw in the distance that the Wakandan Warriors were reduced to ashes! At the centre of the battlefield, Falcon, Sam, T’challa, and Quill were also reduced to ashes! Bucky, who was beside Dio also turned to ashes. Wanda also turned to ashes in the Wakanda’s throne room, waiting for Dio’s return.
Stephen Strange turned into ashes with a bitter smile on his face, then Mantis and Drax also turned into ashes right after!
“I don’t feel so good, Mr. Stark!” Spiderman said with a pained expression.
“You will be fine, everything will be fine!” Tony said as he held Peter’s body in panic.
“I don’t want to die, Mr. Stark! I am so sorry, I don’t want to die!” Peter said as he slowly turned into dust. Tony kneeled as he held the dust of Peter’s remain on his hands, it was clear for everyone that Tony blamed himself for Peter’s passing. Peter’s word before he died was like a sharp knife that bled his heart constantly! But he couldn’t do anything except watching as it happened right on his arms!
“Oh, damn!” Loki said as he realised that he was about to turn into ashes. He then saw Thor running towards him nervously. At that moment Loki realise that Thor still cared about him, but it was all too late as he turned into ashes!
“Loki!” Thor shouted before he could reach Loki.
“Well, it seems that I have won this bet!” The Grandmaster said as he looked at everyone suddenly turned into ashes. Thor immediately stood and faced the Grandmaster with red eyes. He realised that everything would return back to normal as soon as he killed the Grandmaster!
This was his only chance!
“Die, you lunatic!” Thor shouted as thunder struck down from the sky! Thor leaped with his axe ready to swing at the Grandmaster! But the Grandmaster was no longer interested to play with Thor anymiore as he already won! So, when Thor’s attack almost reached the Grandmaster, he used the Space Stone power to teleport himself and the Red Skull away from the battlefield.
Thor hit thin air as his attack didn’t land in time. at the same time. The universe has turned into a huge panic as countless people suddenly disappeared! They clearly couldn’t comprehend what was happening right now!
At the same moment, Dio who was left unconscious on the ground was slowly recovering his body. When his chest was blasted away by Thanos, [Gold Experience] was immediately summoned and began to recover Dio’s body.
After some time passed, Dio opened his eyes!
“Where is this?” Dio shouted confusedly.
“At the morgue! You have died once!” A voice suddenly echoed on Dio’s mind. Dio was still a little confused as he only saw a white wall around him. He felt a little lost before he remembered everything!
At that time, Carol and Robbie were still fighting against the Mad Titan before he thought of a bad plan, which was to die along with Thanos! He borrowed some of Venom’s liquid parasite and merged it with his body as the last resort to revive himself later. But he never really had the chance to thought it through as Thor suddenly appeared and injured Thanos with his Stormbreaker!
Dio knew that he had to deal with Thanos at that exact moment as there wouldn’t be another chance like this! Dio saw his own death with Epitaph, but he could no longer back away! He succeessfully decapitated Thanos’ head, but his chest also received a fatal injury!
Venom’s symbiote that he merged with his body also received a huge injury from this attack, but it hanged on to Dio’s body and tried to repair Dio’s body from the inside. The same could be said to the Little Snail’s real body on Dio’s pocket! It was the main body of all the snail that Dio distributed to the Avengers and it had a potent healing ability, but it had a drawback! The Little Snail would die as soon as it used its ability, but at that moment, the Little Snail chose to sacrifice itself!
A tremendous life energy was poured into Dio’s body, which helped Venom to recover quicker. The life energy from the Little Snail was far more potent food that Venom Symbiote could ever consume! As a result, it helped recover Dio’s body quickly!
Venom was able to patch some vital organs in Dio’s body before stimulating some of Dio’s consciousness to help summon the [Gold Experience] for the finishing touch!
