If, when the Tyrant fought against Mu Bei, it had an additional 2000 HP and 20 more body defense, could it have beaten Mu Bei?

Too low Agility was one of the two main reasons the Tyrant lost to Mu Bei.

If the Tyrant's bonus HP and defense were maxed out; its Agility increased to 50 points; plus Specialization-level close combat ability;
Then, the gap between it and Mu Bei in actual combat power would not have been so huge.
