If The Aristocrats obtained the Territory Order, Dawnlight City would be under the ruling of two major powers. This did not completely take them out of the running, but life would no longer be as pleasant. If Happy Drunk had not managed to get the Territory Order, the first guild to be destroyed would be The Aristocrats. But the biggest losers would be Daemon’s Grimace and himself. They would be reduced into subsidiary branches of Magithieves, or they would be recruited and inducted into their ranks altogether!
However, even if that happened, Southern Azuresword and Daemon’s Grimace could do nothing about it. If they allowed Happy Drunk to freely develop his territory after getting the Territory Order, the remaining three guilds; Magithieves included, would all fall within Happy Drunk’s domain, sooner or later!
The only way they could get out of this was to get lucky and obtain Territory Orders of their own. Otherwise, they would be bound to fall thrall to either The Aristocrats or Magithieves!

“Phew…” When they heard the news, Southern Azuresword and Daemon’s Grimace could not help but breathe a sigh of relief. If Happy Drunk had obtained the Territory Order, it only meant that they stood at the right side. Now, they could stand with Magithieves against The Aristocrats. This was the best alternative!
