Qing Feng carefully carried Zi Yun on his shoulder. Her body was as light as a feather, but Qing Feng could still feel the lingering pain of her injuries.
He frowned and hurried towards the sealed underground cave within the Beast Taming Sect.
"System, are you sure the Devouring Heaven Python can save her?" Qing Feng couldn't help but complain as he walked, "This python is a sealed existence; what ability could it possibly have?"
"Host, the Devouring Heaven Python is a Transcending Tribulation realm demonic beast, widely knowledgeable. Perhaps it has a solution."
Qing Feng pouted but quickened his pace.
Before long, he arrived at the ancient well, took a deep breath, and leaped into it.
With a splash, he reappeared in the enormous Cave.
The Devouring Heaven Python was still entwined by black chains, its massive body coiled in the center of the pool. Its cold gaze swept over Qing Feng, and it narrowed its eyes slightly: "We meet again, my descendant. What trouble have you brought this time?"
Qing Feng gently placed Zi Yun on the ground and said anxiously, "Senior, this senior was severely injured saving me. She used a secret technique, and her situation is very bad now. Do you have a way to save her?"
The Devouring Heaven Python's gaze fell on Zi Yun, and it shook its head slightly: "This woman used a secret technique to forcibly raise her cultivation, damaging her origin. The Devouring Heaven Python watched Qing Feng's actions, a hint of curiosity flashing in its eyes: "What are you going to make?"
"Cooking!" Qing Feng sliced the Blood Ginseng into thin pieces, put them into the cauldron, and then added some seasonings.
He picked up a large branch as a spatula and began to stir-fry.
The Devouring Heaven Python watched Qing Feng's actions and couldn't help but ask, "What are you doing? Alchemy or cooking?"
"Both!" Qing Feng replied while tossing the ingredients, "I'm refining pills with culinary skills. Maybe it'll work!"
The Devouring Heaven Python was left speechless by Qing Feng's answer, but it still couldn't help but remind him, "Ten-thousand-year Blood Ginseng is a top-grade spiritual item. If you cook it so haphazardly, you'll only destroy its medicinal properties."
Qing Feng, however, was full of confidence: "Senior, don't underestimate me. This is top-tier culinary skill, and even though the direction is a bit strange, it might just work!"

The Xuan Dog nodded and followed behind Qing Feng, limping towards the cave.
Back in the cave, Qing Feng placed Zi Yun aside and found some clean strips of cloth to bandage the Xuan Dog's wounds. The Xuan Dog sat there quietly.
"Have you suffered a lot too?" Qing Feng asked softly while bandaging.
The Xuan Dog nodded: "I was originally a spiritual pet of a certain cultivator, but later my master died, and I was driven out. In this mountain forest, I can only forage for myself and avoid danger."
Qing Feng sighed: "This world is sometimes truly cruel, even a dog can't escape its fate."
He looked up at the Xuan Dog, a hint of determination flashing in his eyes: "However, you don't have to worry now. I will protect you."
Hearing this, the Xuan Dog asked worriedly: "What about Zi Yun? Will she be in danger?"
Qing Feng smiled slightly: "Zi Yun was injured to save me, so of course I won't abandon her. When she wakes up, I will thank her properly."
