There was nothing stopping the rest of the world from moving on as it didn’t revolve around Kyle and the people in his life.
One of such was Cleopatra, she had threatened Kyle but he called her bluff and he was right to because Cleopatra, in truth, had no such recording.
The body cams weren’t allowed to be switched up in the house to begin with because there were certain things she couldn’t afford getting leaked should the authorities go through it.
That was why they had surveillance but this could be altered or tampered with no one being wiser.
They couldn’t, however, implant footage generated by AI or they would be found out so they simply cut out and stitched the rest of the video together while altering the time skip to match.
Cleopatra had all the money in the world, she couldn’t finish it in a lifetime but the problem now was her sister had come into play.
This was something she hadn’t anticipated because Ella had been cut off for so long so it made no sense for them to have a change of heart.
However, this also showed that Cleopatra respected her parents’ wishes because there was nothing stopping her from viewing what was within the envelope and getting rid of it in the first place.
But the lawyer being aware of it could have something to do with why she didn’t because this would result in a legal struggle that she couldn’t afford to have now as it would damage her reputation.
Cleopatra already attempted to buy him but he wasn’t starved of money and had other high-level clients so he was the lawyer at the top of the top use.
Cleopatra knew that there was a good chance that Ella would reject this, she had lived most of her life without it after all.
But there was enough to go round even if she wanted her share; however, Cleopatra knew the risk it served if she didn’t have absolute control.
It would no doubt cause a divide but she was made to take over from their parents so she knew about the little loopholes.
Cleopatra needed a way to revoke her sister’s claim but to do this, she had to make her relapse.
Cleopatra didn’t hate Ella, she was indifferent but never truly saw her as a sister because she always assumed she was better.
This felt like her parents didn’t trust her, years of grooming her to take over only to hand a piece of what she had worked for all her life to someone that went against them.
Cleopatra hopped into one of the multiple cars before her, Kyle was the key to making this happen.
And now that she knew he had a relationship with his sister and Jane, he was the bridge that needed to be burnt and leave both ladies stranded at either end of it.
This meant it was a lot easier to find him because she did that within a few hours.
The JPD Agency that he tried his best to hide, Cleopatra was aware that her sister had said something along this line in one of her multiple online posts.
It would make sense that Kyle had this kind of pull, the timing and everything aligned too perfectly.
Cleopatra knew that Kyle was wealthy and had dealings with Nakamura, this also helped her narrow down her conclusion.
There was only one reason for them to have that sort of relationship because Nakamura never kept anyone that he couldn’t profit off of.
He was a leech, a clever one at that and this was why even she was careful around him because it took a man of great corny ability to reach where he did despite having the odds stacked against him.
She didn’t call the JPD Agency even though Kyle wasn’t the owner on paper but she understood this was something that Nakamura had done as well.
They both wanted a low profile but Nakamura had told her about this sometime ago when he tried to prove that he was worthy of doing business with.
Cleopatra wondered if he knew who she was, she wouldn’t put it past him either.
One thing was clear, Cleopatra was about to make her move and the begging question was, would she succeed?

Isabella was busy on the desk, shocked by Kyle’s raw talent because this was something she had been looking for yet it was possessed by her superior.
This was a tricky situation because she didn’t know how to navigate considering he was the one with not only the money but now had the potential to be the breakthrough talent that would catapult the Agency to the top.
“He is the one,” Isabella muttered but she knew having Kyle would mean she had to bend the policy she had on actresses only as this would open the door for male actors to get through the day.
Isabella knew that Kyle was someone that liked his privacy because only a few people were aware that he was the owner of this place.
The others assumed it was her and only when an urgent partnership presented itself like in the case of Nakamura would Kyle reveal himself.
However, Isabella was a better visual representation of the Agency, this was evident with Yuki mistaking Kyle for a messenger when they first met.
Carly knocked on the door before entering the office, she noticed Isabella was lost in her head.
“Um…” Carly began and this was enough to ground Isabella in the reality in which she existed.
“Carly! Damn it, don’t you knock?” Isabella asked as she quickly adjusted herself.
“I did but the voice in my head told me to come in, I thought that was you,” Carly responded.
Isabella just stared at her blankly, she didn’t know what else to say after hearing that but this was why she employed Carly.
She was lively and made this job far less boring as opposed to those that weren’t expressive, only acting as robots that do everything they are told.
Isabella noticed something in her hand.
“What is that?” Isabella asked with a suspicious look but Carly’s face lit up.
“We might have our first big client!” Carly responded right away before rushing to the table where Isabella was seated.
She laid htm on the table with a bang and Isabella recoiled because it has been a long time since she saw Caly this pumped up.
Isabella cautiously went through the paper and her face went from neutral to excitement.
“What? This can’t be real…” Isabella muttered under her breath but the paper in her hand said otherwise.
“It is! It is! It is!” Carly was happier than Isabella despite her just being an employee as opposed to Isabella, who had a dream. This would no doubt bring them closer to it because they had just been contacted by an Agency that was ranked among the top 10 in the United States to collaborate.
“I have to tell Kyle about this!” Isabella was ecstatic and the first big step to their dreams was right in front of them.
But ultimately, the final decision wasn’t hers, it was Kyle.

Kyle put his phone on DND, people not being able to reach him for an hour wouldn’t be the end of the world, they would all be fine.
But Kyle noticed that Jones never got back to him regarding the gifts he got for him but he didn’t give this too much thought.
He was probably exhausted from all the sex he must have gotten from Aiysha and right now, his focus was on his mental health.
Kyle had no idea what lay in his subconscious but he needed to unearth every single memory he had repressed because the brain had a way of distorting reality and presenting a false one to protect itself.
Kyle couldn’t help but feel that was what he was going through.
The system wasn’t all good because it was showing it was double-edged in the gifts it gave.
“Mister Kyle, is that correct?” The lady asked with a clipboard in hand to take down notes.
“Yes,” Kyle responded, playing with his fingers as his nerves were getting the best of him.
“I’m Doctor Susanna and I will be asking a few questions which I want you to answer with as much detail as possible. Can you do that for me?” Suanna’s voice was calm and gentle.
It had a soothing effect that allowed Kyle to drop his guard, Kyle had no idea what was going on in his mind but running away from it was something he could no longer afford.
“Okay,” Kyle responded but his hands began to tremble once again.
Susanna noticed this but didn’t comment because she had seen this symptom in most of her patients.
“Take me back to the beginning,” Susanna requested and Kyle closed his eyes before taking a deep breath to calm his raging thoughts.
