Although no real gods died in that moment, Tsukuyomi, who was so confident and relaxed, learned the true horrifying power of the invaders of their world.
The most stupid and manipulable of foes they had imagined, the Chaotic Miasmic Beasts, ended up undergoing what one could only call evolution.
Perhaps to adapt to the abuse and the deceit from its foes, the thing carrying them rapidly "spawned" something new.
Perhaps it was already there from the beginning, and finally, this Chaotic Miasmic Insectoid, for a lack of a better word, had stepped out into the battlefield.
Unlike the other beasts made of mostly miasma and chaotic energy, this thing was different, with a body harder than the strongest divine metals, and a presence strong enough to shatter space as it moves.
It was far from normal!
"WEAK!"
And in that moment, as the two god clones died and exploded, trying to deal any damage at all to the thing, the Sun God realized the difference between their strength.
He had imagined he was quite strong himself but…
"T-This is…! We have to run! Run and lure it to the humans!"
Tsukuyomi didn't even hesitate, quickly flying away with the other human clones, putting all the divine power he had into moving his clone as far as possible from it, or the mission would fail.
"CHASING?! I LIKE!"
The mosquito quickly buzzed forward, its giant wings moving rapidly and emanating a terrifyingly loud sound that made any normal person hearing it feel their ears burst.

It was so terrifyingly fast that Tsukuyomi's speed felt almost completely useless, the thing was already above him and the rest of the gods.
"Shit!"
He quickly summoned several Moon Mirrors that rotated around his clone, the beast's claws reached him in an instant.
"{Divine Silver Moon Mirror Arts} {Mirroring Repulsion}!"

The moment the attack arrived, a repulsion force hit the monster, as it felt its own damage coming back to it.

"NGH?!"
The thing was blown away several meters away, slightly surprised and confused about what had happened. However, an attack that would usually kill his foe didn't even leave a scratch on that thing!
"At least we managed to get enough time to run away faster…!"
He gritted his teeth, noticing the thing was following them again, it moved so quickly it split through space itself, making it unstable and warping around, creating cracks that were filled with chaotic energy.
"It's coming already, Tsukuyomi- AAGH!"
BOOOM!
Before the goddess behind him could talk, her clone exploded into pieces, a red beam coming from the mosquito-shaped monster's eyes blew her up into pieces.
"We're almost there… come on!"
The gods continued flying, the thing finally caught up to them again, its giant needle probosis pointed at them, catching one of the gods!
CRASH!
"Ugh?!"
The gods felt some pain as the attack almost reached his soul, but he pulled out his consciousness and connection from the clone in time before the clone was drained into a mummy-looking thing, and then discarded.
"BARELY… ANYTHING…! TRICK?"
The thing began to figure out this was weird, they weren't giving him enough flesh and blood, even less the souls it wanted to eat.
It began to realize this might all be a damn ruse!
"Heh…!"
Tsukuyomi smiled, evading a giant claw coming at him as he used his technique again, the repulsion effect pushed the monster back a few meters, allowing him to quickly step forward some more into the skies.
However, the gods that remained, two of them as clones, were already succumbing to the monster's aura itself.
It seemed to have poisonous effects, the clones grew blacker over time,a s Tsukuyomi felt his connection to them was being lost.
"Ugh, I don't know what's going on but…!"
"We have to pull out, sorry Tsukuyomi!"
The gods quickly pulled out their connection from the clones, feeling they were risking something by staying in their infected husks.
"Perfect, I'm alone on this and- Ah?!"
The moment he glanced at the clones, they were gone, suddenly appearing in front of him and punching him back where he came from.

"W-What the…?!"
He glared at the clones he himself had created, they became dark purple in color, growing black horns and spikes over their bodies. Their eyes turned red.
"The Miasmic Aura of that thing can infect my clones?!"
Tsukuyomi's clone glared at the thing coming from behind him, as he rapidly created a giant mirror and entered it a second before he was to get impaled.
"BBZZZT?! WHERE?!"
The thing quickly rushed towards the mirror, only for it to disappear, leaving nothing anywhere…
"GRAAH! TRICKED?!"
The monstrosity raged, grabbing the two corrupted clones and tearing them to shreds.
It tried to eat them, but they turned into annoying flames, there wasn't any food!
"ANNOYING! HUNGRY!"
The mosquito-like monster started hating tricks now, its crimson eyes, however, noticed something.
A mirror floating several meters away, where Tsukuyomi appeared once more.
"Hey bastard! I'm right here! Come over here and eat me!"
"EAT… YOU! I… WILL!"
The thing rushed forward, reaching Tsukuyomi's clone in an instant and grasping its neck with its claws.
"Fuck you."

The clone exploded, as the mosquito-shaped thing glared at the flames in silence.
"NNGRAAAAHHH! TRICKED AGAIN! DAMNED… GODS!"
It raged in fury and frustration! Its red eyes began spinning, its jaws drooling black miasmic drool, it was constantly feeling more and more hungry.
And then it glanced into the distance, at something…
A huge drove of giant machines, led by a larger, massive titanic machine.
"FOOD? FOOD!"
It quickly opened its jaws, rushing towards them at the same speed it chased Tsukuyomi before.

The sound of its giant wings was so loud it reverberated through the entire damn sky, leaving behind trails of black and purple chaotic energies and miasma everywhere.
"Huh? What the hell is that?!" One of the humans piloting the robots at the frontlines glared at something approaching. "Commander! Alpha-0-15 here! Unidentified lifeform approaching! Initiate fighting protocol for defensive mechanism and-"
CRAAASH!
"UGH?!"
Before the man could stay another word, the thing pierced through the robot's chest, leaving behind a giant hole.
The man was impaled, as his blood and innards were drained.
"Uuuaaggh!"
As he died in agony and turned into a dry mummy, the rest of the Galactic Human nation stopped moving, and pointed their guns at it.
