“Is that really you, Yuqing!”
Just as Su Yuqing was lost in thought, suddenly someone called out her name.
She looked in the direction of the voice, and then she saw her two roommates, Tao Ying and Han Xiaoru.
The two were walking out of the Hermès store, hand in hand, seemingly having just finished shopping and ready to leave.
“Xiaoru, Yingying, what a coincidence!”
Su Yuqing hadn’t expected to meet her roommates here and was quite surprised.
They shared a four-person dormitory. Su Yuqing had a decent relationship with the two, at least on the surface they seemed in harmony. However, Han Xiaoru’s and Tao Ying’s family backgrounds were better, both from business families, which meant the two of them were closer and would occasionally go shopping together.
It wasn’t that they intentionally formed a clique to exclude Su Yuqing; it was mainly due to the significant difference in family circumstances. For instance, the two would frequently visit boutiques of luxury brands. Although they might not be able to afford everything, at least they had the capacity to shop there. In contrast, Su Yuqing and the other roommate simply couldn’t afford such luxury.

While the three girls were talking, a young man with a half-long haircut and an artsy vibe approached them.

This young man was named Du Chen and he was also a student at Jiangcheng Academy of Fine Arts, but he was a senior and about to graduate.
