457 Use of Divine Power
It was like thousands of alarms rang in his mind at the same time the moment the blood dart shot toward Jun Tianyun.
Fighting against Blood Demon, seeing the future moved, and avoiding them, each took a large amount of divine energy and faith which he accumulated last two months.
However, Jun Tianyun didn’t bother as he squeezed the last bit of divine energy and waved his hands, swapping his position with a corpse nearby.
The blood dart hit the corpse and it started to swell. Jun Tianyun snorted as he raised his hands, casting a barrier around the corpse.
And then, the swelled corpse exploded like a balloon, with black blood splattering around, wriggling like black worms.
Jun Tianyun crushed his fist, infusing flame and lightning inside his barrier and compressed it.
The worms popped like fireworks as Jun Tianyun purified them. In the end, only a dark crystal size of a baby’s head remained.
” Is that the divinity of Blood Demon?” Jun Tianyun became curious as he picked it up.
However, the moment he touched it, he felt his hands getting corroded and the blood in his body becaming berserk.
” Young Master! Throw it into the Altar of Heaven!” Xiao Yue spoke in an urgent voice.
Without waiting, Jun Tianyun entered in his God’s Space placed the crystal on the Altar of Heaven.
” Haha! Bastard! You can’t kill me!”
The crystal distored as a faint image of Blood Demon appeared, trying to use his voice to affect Jun Tianyun.
” Haha! What do you think? My divinity is a pill, which you can just devour and get power up?”
” Hahaha! Such a fool! Now, I will devour your spiritual realm and make you my vessel!”
Jun Tianyun sighed as he walked casually and sat on his Throne of Fate.
Suddenly, his entire aura changed as his eyes turned resplendent and cold, like the ruler of nine heavens.
” You are yapping too much.”
Raising his fingers, the bronze pillars around the Blood Demon’s divinity became bright as the radiance pierced across the night sky.
Blood Demon’s expression changed drastically as he realized his divinity was completely restricted in the Altar of Heaven.
The bronze pillars squirmed with ancient runes and pictures, and the blinding pillars of radiance acted like the prison against his divinity.
” How!? How is this possible? How can you restrict my divinity like this? Unless…You are a higher being?”

” Yes.”
” IMPOSSIBLE! YO-YOU! HOW CAN YOU DEVOUR? YOU ARE! YOU ARE A PARAG-“
Before Blood Demon could scream, the Altar of Heaven shone as the pillar of lights ascended the heaven. Bloody black smoke rose from the crystal as it instantly became purified.

Jun Tianyun took a breath of deep breath as he rested on he Throne of Fate.
” One finished, four to go. Ugh..”
Clenching his chest, Jun Tianyun felt red markings on his body, like someone branded his skin with a hot iron.
” Young Master, I guess your body was affected by the curse of Blood Demon. You should use the power of Throne of Fate to quell it.” Xiao Yue replied softly.
” Yeah, You are right.” Jun Tianyun nodded as he closed his eyes.
The divine power and faith he had accumulated became like a warm current of energy, entering his body and slowly removing all the negative energy in his body.
Jun Tianyun felt a burst of relaxation as he leaned on the Throne of Fate.
‘ But that’s not the issue anymore. The issue is my power.’
Looking at his palm, Jun Tianyun fell into thoughts. He realized that killing a god is much different than killing mortals.
The mana, the body, and the weapons Jun Tianyun has, don’t meet the requirement to kill a god at all.
‘ The Blood Demon was weakened as it was sealed into that artificial infant’s body. However, if my judgment is correct…
The other demons should have noticed the death of Blood Demon too.’

However, something strange happened then. The strings turned into a colorful whirlpool as they connected themselves to Jun Tianyun.
Clenching his head, Jun Tianyun let out a deafening roar. He felt like his brain was getting split open.
” ARRGGHH!”
However, along with the terrible pain came a flood of information, making. It was so vast and cryptic as if the information manifested into a physical weight on his soul.
In the blink of an eye, Jun Tianyun felt like he lived several lifetimes. However, the next moment, everything became empty once again.
” HAAHHHHH!”
His eyes snapped open as he looked before him, seeing the vast world of his God’s Space. His body was bathed with sweat, as if he just come out of water.
“Elemental manipulation, decay, and fate.”
Jun Tianyun mumbled as he organized his memories, understanding what he could do with his divine power.
