I glanced through the mission request board, but it’s not looking good.
There is no challenging or interesting mission request at the forest.
“Oh, are you looking to take up a mission?” [3] asked Mr. Marks-Normie-san.
“Yes. Fer and the rest wanted to go to the forest to do some hunting. I thought I might as well see if there’s any forest-related mission request.”
“Oh, the forest… I’m afraid there’s nothing suitable for a party of your skillset at the moment…”
As Marks-san said, they were all minor requests for low rank parties.
I studied the board again: Hmm, what should I do…
Just then, a request caught my eye. “Marks-san, what’s this Sabre-Tooth Tiger quest?”
“Ahh, that one… I think that one’s been there forever…” apparently, this person just wanted a Sabre-Tooth Tiger for some reason…
“The request is not urgent. Moreover, Sabre-Tooth Tigers are pretty rare around this area. Also, since the mission reward is so low, no one is at all interested in taking up the quest.”

“Those things are kind of tough to hunt. But I guess since it’s you we’re talking about, anything’s possible. Yeah?”
What is that ‘if it’s you’ remark?
Marks-san, aren’t you giving me a rather weird look just now? I’m just the guy who got dragged around behind Fer, Dora-chan and Sui while they systematically mow down the opponents in front of us!
“Just submitting it would fulfil the request. This isn’t a subjugation mission after all. It’s just a material collection type mission. As long as you handed in the correct item, the mission would be counted as fulfilled.”
“Oh, I’m afraid there’s a hole in the Sabre-Tooth Tiger’s body, would it still be alright?”
The hole was there thanks to Dora-chan’s signature attack style.
“I believe it should be fine since the person just wanted to have a stuffed Tiger’s head on his walls… Let’s go to the warehouse and let me inspect it first.”
I found myself back at the familiar warehouse and pulled the Sabre-Tooth tiger out over a spot indicated by Marks-san. [5]
“Ooh, it really is a Sabre-Tooth Tiger. Ah, there’s the hole you mentioned. It actually opened up near the belly here… just what kind of attack made this injury?”
“Ah, that’s actually…”
“Me! I did it!” Dora-chan began zipping in circles over our heads. “Me! Me! Me!”
“Dora-chan, he can’t hear you since you can only speak to us via telepathy.”
“Tch, I forgot about that. Ahh, I want these humans to know just how great I am!!”
Ahem.
“Actually, this Sabre-Tooth Tiger was hunted down by this amazing Pixie Dragon,” I did my best as the PR Manager of Dora-chan.
“Well, well, that little dragon sure is strong despite his little size,” [3] Marks-san said [6] admiringly as Dora-chan preened.
I preened a little too, all of my familiars are very strong! Oh, since I’m already here, “Speaking of which, might I ask your people to dismantle these Orcs for me? I want all the meat, but will sell all the other valuable materials.”
“Ou, Orcs is it? Sure, sure,”
I took out 10 Orcs from my [Item Box].
“10 Orcs, I believe we’ll be done by this evening. Isn’t that right, men!?”
“Ou!!” his team of dismantlers howled back.
“What’s the dismantling cost for these?”
“What are you talking about? The guild made a lot of money from you, you know? I can’t charge you for these!”

“Ou! Ah, if you happened to hunt down something big, just bring it here and my team will dismantle it for free. Naturally, I’ll buy up all the valuable items aside from the meat, of course.”
