Chapter 3: The Joy of Brick-Moving

“You’re all talk and no action! With one word from you, I’m losing 4,000 yuan every day!” Chen Xiao was on the verge of tears, looking at the beautiful, captivating, and incredibly sincere face before him. Yuan Kai immediately became furious. Wang Jing quickly pulled him back. “Brother, your small 165cm frame against his 178cm physique to play physical confrontation? Calling you an idiot isn’t wronging you.”
The reason Chen Xiao was unfriendly to him was entirely because he disliked Yuan Kai’s character. When Chen Xiao first joined the company, he politely asked for guidance and wanted to learn from him.

Yuan Kai snorted, pushed Wang Jing away, and walked towards the general manager’s office.
In the afternoon, Chen Xiao heard that Yuan Kai had given up his plan to leave and expressed his intention to stand with the company through thick and thin. On the way to Jiangzhou Transportation Design Institute, another text message popped up. He glanced at it; it was the phone bill subsidy of 200 yuan from last month that had arrived. He didn’t care for this small amount of money!

Huh? There’s a reward for this too? Could it be that subsidies outside of the basic salary are all considered bonuses, and not just the narrow commission rewards I understood before?

The client Chen Xiao was visiting today was an Assistant Bai at Jiangzhou Transportation Design Institute. The design institute had a testing unit under it, and Assistant Bai was responsible for equipment procurement.

Chen Xiao entered the gate of the design institute. After the guard understood his purpose, he was allowed to pass. As he walked through the gate, he saw a Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedan rushing towards him!
