Two weeks had passed since Klaus entered Pickle Berry’s soul sea.
The first week was spent doing nothing; however, after Pickle Berry gave him the Supreme Sculpting technique, he started comprehending it, and it had already been five days.
The past five days had been all about him learning the technique. Thankfully, his comprehension speed is faster than one might think, so he was making headway much faster.
As for his ladies, they had spent the past five days doing all kinds of things with Pickle Berry and His Mom.
They went on a shopping spree, making sure Pickle Berry did all she wanted to do before going back.
Though she knew spending more than the five days they had set wouldn’t cause any damage, they didn’t want to be away when Hanna and Kathy woke up.
So, after spending five days with Klaus’s mom, they left and went back to Monsterland.
Hanna and Kathy woke up a few hours after they returned, and as Pickle Berry had said, the two ladies became even more powerful.
They then joined Old Lu’s training, with only Pickle Berry, Queenie, and Nari sitting on the sidelines. They could only watch.
Another week passed, making it three weeks after the great battle. Klaus was still not back, but Old Lu did his best, giving the warriors the best training.
Klaus left him all he needed to get the job done, so he did just that and then more.
However, when the month came to an end, Klaus finally smiled as he opened his eyes. He was shocked to see he was lying on Queen Lunara’s lap when he woke up.
“Great seeing you awake. Now, can you sit on your own?” The queen most definitely didn’t want to keep the conscious Klaus on her lap anymore.
Klaus smiled and sat up.
“Thanks for taking care of me.”
She nodded before asking the question she had wanted to ask a month ago. She didn’t even wait for him to settle down first.
“Who are you, Klaus? And don’t shamelessly lie to me.” Her question was simple, yet the answer she was expecting could not be said easily.
“You will be shocked to know I am just a human being like you are and nothing else,” Klaus said, still smiling.
“And who will believe that?”
“Probably those who knew what was best for them. But I have a feeling you still want to find out even though it’s dangerous.” Klaus didn’t know why he was feeling that way, but the urge to tell her his secret was the only thing he was feeling.
But he knew better.
“You can keep your secrets, but tell me, why did you tell me not to kill the snake when we were fighting it?”
“That was because had you killed it, you wouldn’t be sitting here with me now. That battle shouldn’t have happened, yet it did, and in the end, you, Queenie, and Nari nearly fell for it,” Klaus sighed.
If he couldn’t tell her his secrets, he could at least make her feel better.
Quenching her curiosity can go a long way.
“Then can I know who we fought against, or would that also be bad for me?” the queen asked.
“I don’t know what you can handle, but for now, know that whatever danger we face is a result of several decisions that happened millions, if not billions, of years ago.
This world is not simple.
The people in it aren’t simple, either.
This also means the dangers within it aren’t as simple as you might think. So for now, relax but be very observant; I am sure you will pick up a thing or two.”
The queen sighed, knowing she most definitely wouldn’t be learning anything about the brat anytime soon. But she also wouldn’t want to know something that would put her in danger.
She is the queen of an entire race. Doing the wrong thing can doom her entire race, so she wouldn’t be reckless just because she is hungry to discover forbidden knowledge.
“Now that you are awake, what next?” the queen asked. “We all didn’t expect a Tier 11 beast to be hidden here all this time. This means we shouldn’t believe in any data gathered using our satellites.
So what is your next move, Klaus?”
“It’s very simple: I will continue with their training while we wait for the time to go after the Tier 11 monster arrives.
After that mission, we will know just what we will be dealing with,” Klaus replied.
“How so? Our satellites are only finding what is meant to be found, and while we can boldly say the situation on Earth can be handled easily, the same can’t be said for the moon.
The seal will break soon, and the chances of them descending on us are very high when that happens. So what is your plan really?”
“Nothing can be hidden from you, huh?” Klaus smirked.
“Very well. I plan to kill the Tier 11 monsters, as we discussed a few weeks ago. I will absorb its core when it is down, which will help me break through. Then, I will have my tribulation and become a sovereign.”
“How would that help us?”
Klaus laughed.
“The moment I become a sovereign, finding the hidden dangers will be simple, for I have the highest chance of forming a soul body, and the moment I form a soul body, my senses will be amplified greatly.
This will allow me to find them.
As to whether we will go after them or ally with them, only time will tell.”
“I see.” The queen didn’t want to say his plan was hanging on a maybe.
If what Klaus just said was the case, then it means he wouldn’t only be putting everyone’s life on a maybe, but he would be doing so with the thinking that he will succeed.
What Klaus didn’t tell her was that the only reason he wanted to break through was because of the body that would be left behind by Tier 11.
He already has six powerful blood essences. One was from a powerful phoenix race, while the last five were from Monarchs, beings from a forbidden universe.
The moment he gets the body, he plans on creating his first perfect warrior using the Paragon forge.
He planned on making this creation a being with great affinity for the Void.
If his calculations are correct, locating the Tier 11s, regardless of their ranks, will be simple.
The plan was to ensure they were located and then dealt with.
It wouldn’t be long until the awakening arrived, so he would speed things up a bit.
