"Do you know an Official UWO member that has been arrested for suspected collusion with the SCO?", Rex asks seriously.
The plan that he had can only be done after finding this UWO member.
Rex got an idea from when Adhara mention the scene in the UWO office, she said that there's a UWO official that got arrested that night for collusion.
Hearing this, Vargas looks down in thought.
But even after thinking for a while, Vargas shakes his head since he didn't know such a person.
"Is this person essential to the plan?", Vargas asked.
Rex nodded his head in confirmation, without this UWO member the plan can still work but it will be harder to find anyone else just like this one.
Seeing this, Vargas then suddenly takes his phone before he dialed someone.
"Come to my office right now", he said before hanging up.
Not long after he did that, the door opened as Linda walks in with her assistant formal outfit.
There's a tablet in her hand that Rex saw as she enters the room,
After Linda walks in and stands beside the both of them, Vargas then said, "Linda, Rex asks of an official UWO member that has been arrested for collusion with the SCO. Check the UWO database and find this person"
Hearing this, Linda nodded her head as she taps the table in her hand.
It didn't take long before Linda asks while looking at Rex, "There are three of them, Can you describe more of this member?"
"Which one of them works at the UWO office where Adhara gives the proposal to Vargas"
After hearing that, Linda then taps on her screen before she turns the screen to face Rex and Vargas showing the photo of a man in his thirties.
She then explains, "This is John Webster"
"Has been working for the UWO for 6 years until recently get arrested since he's trying to convince his upper management to band together with the SCO. Because of that, he's been arrested for collusion with three years of torture sentence"
Rex looks at the tablet screen intently, 'He has the same vision as me', he thought with a sigh.
While they both have the same vision since Rex and this John person wanted to make SCO and UWO band together to fight the Supernatural, their circumstances are different.
Linda explains that John tries by convincing his upper management with no backup.
Essentially he has a different vision and the others and tries to force his vision on them, different than Rex which has a connection with the UWO side and the SCO side.
"Where is he imprisoned?", Rex asks.
Hearing this, Linda scrolls the tablet before she said, "He's at Wailing Asylum"
"Alright, Get him out and told him to meet me here. We will-", Rex said but then,
Vargas suddenly intervenes amidst his sentence, "It's not going to be that easy to take him out I'm afraid"
Rex frowns upon hearing what Vargas said,
He thought that with an influential person such as Vargas, getting someone out from a prison that the UWO built will be as easy as one phone call.
"It's out of my jurisdiction to do that", Vargas added.
Rex then said, "We need to get him out, Do you have a way?"
After thinking for a moment, Linda approach Vargas before she whispers something on his ears as Vargas's eyes widen as he looks at Linda in shock, "It's too risky"
"What is it?", Rex asks curiously.
No matter how risky it is, Rex has the system and there's the transferral crystal.
He only needs to meet with this John guy and he can just teleport both of them out, it's that simple with the system.
Vargas sighed before he said, "Since we can't do this openly, someone needs to take him out of the prison so it will be risky"
"Don't worry, I can do it", Rex said confidently.
Seeing this Linda and Vargas frown as they doubt Rex can take John out easily, "Are you sure? That place is guarded by many high-rank Awakened, and the building has layers of protection before you can even come out of the building"
"Then you will have to face multiple armed militaries and Awakened, they have detection spell covering the whole prison so it's impossible to sneak in and out", Linda explained.
Rex asks the system before a smile crept on his face, "You don't need to worry about that"
"Just get me in the same room as the guy, and I'll take it from there", Rex added making Vargas and Linda look at each other in surprise.
After planning to get John out of the Asylum, Rex talked to Vargas about his plan.
It didn't take long for Rex to explain to Vargas since Vargas only need to contact the media to broadcast a piece of interesting news, while Rex and the others will do the rest.
Vargas then asks when Rex was about to leave, "I have one question"
"I trust you since you're definitely on Humanity's side, but what about the SCO? How can I trust you fully, you may be doing this just to benefit the SCO", Vargas asks.
Rex then replied calmly, "I told you, I just met an SCO member and share the same vision"
"You might say that but the truth may be that you're a part of them for all I know", Vargas replied while inspecting Rex's expression.
Even Linda who is standing by the side also looks at Rex intently.
The tension in the air started to rise as Rex kept eye contact with Vargas,
"What will benefit the UWO except for rallying against the Supernatural? From the way I see it, if we band with the SCO then the SCO will be more known and more accepted by the people", Vargas said sharply.
But contrasting to what Vargas expected, Rex smiles in return.
Rex stands up slowly under Vargas' gaze before he tidies his clothes, "You may trust me or not, it's all depending on you. But the UWO will also benefit from this alliance"
"How's that?", Vargas asks.
The smile on Rex's face becomes wider as he said, "Don't view the SCO as a small rogue organization. If the UWO band with the SCO, you will thank me for helping the UWO to meet an amazing inventor which invented all sorts of things that will benefit the UWO"
After saying that, Rex left Vargas' office.
Right when he wanted to go back to his room, Linda suddenly called him.
"Rex!"
Hearing this, Rex turns to his back and saw Linda is currently running towards him.
"What's wrong Linda?", Rex asks in confusion.
Linda stopped in front of Rex before she suddenly said, "Have you got the new invitation to the banquet? I heard they already rescheduled the banquet"
"I don't get any, I'll ask Stuart to see if there's a letter dropped on my room", Rex replied.
She then smiles lightly before Rex bids goodbye and left.
Not long after Rex left when Linda was about to go back to Vargas's office, she suddenly stopped when she saw someone is already standing behind her.
Linda sighed in relief when she realized that it was just Edward.
"Excuse me", she said wanting to walk past Edward but her hand suddenly got grabbed.
Looking at this, Linda was confused since she never really talk with Edward except for her knowing Edward as the principal's assistant and Edward is also Rex's friend.
Edward then said, "Aren't you going to apologize to him?"
"To Rex? Why did I need to apologize to him?", Linda asks with a frown.
Hearing this, Edward scoffs as he lets go of Linda before leaning on the wall with a serious look, "Although Rex has Ari to guard his room, the fake maid that got inside Rex's room is also the university's fault", Edward said sharply.
Since the maid manages to get inside Rex's room, it's safe to say that half of it is the university's fault for not protecting Rex's room better.
Especially since Rex is the strongest and most dear student of Faraday University.
Linda was at a loss for words before Edward added, "Rex is too occupied right now so he didn't blame the university, but I can speak on his behalf for him"
"You have no right to speak on his behalf", Linda rebutted warningly.
But even with her warning tone, Edward didn't back down, "I can just remind Rex of this, and you will have him to deal with him instead of me"
"What do you want?", Linda finally replied with reluctance.
Edward smiles as he said, "You're the assistant of the principal so you must have a lot of connections, all I want is for you to keep an eye on the Atkins and the Reed Family. Report back to me if you find anything that proves them working with each other against Rex, consider this your apology for Rex"
A moment later, Rex got out of room 505 with a frown on his face.
Since Linda just brought up the topic of the banquet, Rex remembered that he needs to collect the rest of the information from Evelyn.
And he finally gets the full version dirt of Wesley Atkins,

A couple of minutes ago,
"There you are, I was wondering when you will come back", Evelyn said after seeing Rex gets into her room.
Rex waves her remarks and sits on the sofa, "It's your turn to fulfill your part"
Seeing Rex's serious look, Evelyn smiles playfully as she walks closer to Rex before she sits on Rex's lap dangerously filling Rex's nose with her scent.
"Why are you being like this, cheer up", she said as she wrap her arm around Rex's neck.
But even with her being provocative as usual, Rex somehow still has a clear mind as he gazes at Evelyn's eyes, "You're in a good mood, I assume you win against that girl thanks to me?"
"And you will win against Wesley thanks to me", Evelyn replied with a smirk.
After the little conversation, Evelyn then continues as she stands up from Rex's lap and sits on the edge of the bed with a serious look, "As I said before, Wesley's wife is the bastard daughter of Daniel"
"As the saying goes, people attract the same people as them. Daniel is also a player just like Wesley, but there's a slight difference between the both of them"
"While Wesley doesn't care about his child at all, Daniel cares deeply"
"Usually what a player like the both of them fears the most is them being cheated on, or their child being cheated on. So I bet Daniel will go crazy if he knew about this"
"If Wesley tries to deny it. Just say Homont City, it's the city where his bastard son is born"
Rex nodded his head as he grasp the information Evelyn said, but then suddenly Rex can feel Evelyn's intense stare as she said, "You're not going to sell me out are you?"
"Just like you said before, I don't want to be on your bad side so no", Rex said as he stand up.
With his slow steps, Rex approach Evelyn who is sitting by the bed wearing her usual revealing clothes. He caresses her cheek while slowly bringing his face closer, "Besides…"
Rex stopped just a few inches away from Evelyn's face, "I like your good side better"
After saying that, Rex turns his body around and left the room.
Unknown to him, Evelyn's face turns red after what Rex did to her earlier.
Her eyes are opened wide as she stares at the door where Rex left to, she then touches her chest feeling her heart is beating as she mumbles, "Why am I flustered?"

Rex walks out of Evelyn's room and went straight to his room,
Based on what Evelyn said, Daniel cares deeply for his bastard daughter even though his wife seems to not be aware of her existence.
If what she said is true then Rex can use this information against Wesley.
Wesley will definitely doesn't want Daniel to know about his cheating, if Daniel finds out about this, he might not be able to directly come at Wesley since he also doesn't want to expose his scandal.
But imagine a tyrant is glaring at you from the back, constantly prying at you.
Living while needing to constantly look back fearing that the tyrant will come at him at some point, Wesley definitely doesn't want that.
'The problem is what will make Daniel believe me', Rex thought while walking back.
Although he knows for a fact that Wesley cheated, Daniel will not believe him that easily since he didn't even have any proof except for Evelyn's words.
While he's thinking, Rex didn't realize that he's already in his room.
Adhara is still by the bed playing with her claws and fangs since she just become a High Werewolf, and she's getting used to her new body.
Rex then jumped onto the bed and closes his eyes, he will rest for a bit,
"Aren't you too relaxed with Rosie on the Vampire's hand?", Adhara suddenly said.
Hearing this, Rex then frowns as he buried his face deeper into the pillow, "I know that, but we can't exactly ask them to give her back. I'm still thinking about it, let me rest first"
The thought of Rosie is in the Vampire's hand is killing him, but he can't do anything.
As much as Rex wanted to save Rosie from the Vampires, he can't be reckless since Rosie is probably at the heart of the Vampire Kingdom which is way out of Rex's reach.
Adhara chuckles as she went back to practicing again.
'I need to check on the Blood Moon Essence and the plants that I got from the Exchequer', Rex thought remembering the items he got, 'I also need to think of pack member candidates'
With the pack member limits raised by three, Rex needs to fill that slot.
Three-pack member means a 15% increase in his stats, so he will need to think of the candidates that meet his criteria.
'I'll think about it after a nap', he thought.
Rex's eyes are closed but he heard Adhara start sniffing the air from the side.
Adhara sniffs a couple of times before Rex can feel Adhara go closer to him and sniffs his neck, "What are you doing?", Rex asks while still closing his eyes.
Then suddenly, "Why did you smell like a flower?"
