Conflict.
At any point in time, one was always in conflict- either with other people or themselves.
A conflict of emotions where one fought to be happy, fought to not be depressed.
A conflict of wealth as one sought to escape poverty.
A conflict of mating as one sought to satisfy their basal needs.
A conflict with other organisms as one was a predator, and the other a prey.
Conflict was constant and never-ending!
But…there could be a period of absolutely no conflict for some.
A period of peace.
No work, no fighting, no conflict!
Just…Peace.
Days after the extinction of the Pandemonium Lifeforms.
The Sacred Gold Mountain was filled with bustling activities as word had been passed down from the Peacemaker that across this Galaxy, conflict was no more!
Hearing such words would be enough to shock others, but the Supreme Dark Ruler and Spider Queen used this opportunity to enact a days-long feast while integrating themselves into the mountain of the entity that could confidently say that there was no conflict across the galaxy anymore.
Anastasia and Vishpala were among those leading the festivities as the direct Minions of the Peacemaker, their bodies currently swirling with thousands of Black Holes as they enjoyed having people look up to them.
Further up the Mountain was much quieter and calmer, the higher-ups of the Four Ascendant Human Lineages currently standing in rows waiting to meet the Descendant of the Asmodeus Bloodline, who was able to do all of this, but he still had not come down!
Alexander’s father had an apologetic expression as he laughed with Ascendant Emperor Asmodeus and others.
“I’m sure he must be really busy. None of us know how it is to be him as he may be trying to get stronger at this very moment to ensure peace.”
They had not gotten a chance to meet Alexander again as he remained holed up at the top of the mountain, and unless it was his father, Claire’s father, or his Minions…nobody could even ascend up the mountain!
Ascendant Emperor Asmodeus could only smile and nod.
“Mmm, I’m sure he’s busy as well…”
Busy.
Alexander was busy at this moment.
“Say ahh…”
On the roof of a golden castle overlooking vibrant green gold trees, Claire pushed a green gold strawberry into Alexander’s mouth as he lay back, watching the wind passing through the vibrant trees around them peacefully.
Happily.
There wasn’t a worry in the world as he never even found this relaxation boring anytime in the past few days.
His routine was but a simple one.
Spend time with Claire, with their time not even mainly spent here as he would disappear with her and tour unique places in the Alcyoneus Galaxy he found with the Investigator and Peacemaker.
They would then eat, enjoy some quality private time in the comfort of their own castle, eat again, quality private time again…and such a cycle repeated.
Claire’s skin shone radiantly as her chest already showed a budding Quasar- with her power being the most powerful as it benefitted in the most direct manner as the closest one to Alexander.
As she fed him food and he fed her back…
“Mmm, Alex, you said there are five Empires, right? Can we go visit and see how people live there? We can also try different foods…”
Claire such a thing innocently as Alexander could only nod.
The next day, the leader of the Neidgard Empire thought stars were about to collapse on him when the aura of that unique personage was felt in the capital of his Empire- a massive Realm that was nearly 50 times larger than a normal star.
When nothing happened after a few minutes, he investigated by going towards this aura himself nervously as this Quasarian Ruler saw…that personage accompanied by a young woman as they walked along the busy streets of his citadel, the many Gem Masters around them having no idea that a single tap of that man’s hand could likely crush all of them.
Alexander didn’t even spare a glance at the Emperor of Neidgard as he continued, but they came upon an issue when Claire saw a food stand with flaming phoenix toads that she wanted to try.
“That will be 100 Neidgard Shillings- Ey, are you all sure you can afford this? Cuz if not, there are other ways to pay…”
The Gem Master selling the food had a lewd expression on his face as before he could continue any further…
BOOM!
The Emperor of Neidgard appeared and smashed this Gem Master into the distance, wiping dripping sweat from his brow as he waved his hand to give a golden plaque to Claire.
“My Lady, this little Plaque here can act as a currency in our little citadel for anything- you just have to show it. Please, enjoy your trip and try out all the exquisite things Neidgard has to offer, and if you need a guide, you can just speak into that golden plaque.”
The Emperor of Neidgard bent his head down respectfully as he moved away after this, a Royal Guard with a Black Hole swirling on his chest adorning an apron and appearing on the stand selling the food Claire wanted as he offered them multiple skewers of the flaming phoenix toads with a forced smile.
Claire looked at the golden plaque and the figure of the Emperor in the distance as she shook her head.
“What a nice man. Alex, we can get everything we want now!”
She raised the plaque high as its radiance nearly caused all those here to tremble, its grandeur representing the very authority of the Emperor of Neidgard as nobody here could deny it!
With it, the stroll through different citadels and stars of Neidgard proceeded without a hitch.
Claire showed interest in the other Four Empires as they visited them in the days to come, spending time in different stars as truly, for the Peacemaker…he was enjoying his hard earned peace.
With the Alcyoneus Galaxy Core, his realm slowly advanced to eventually form his own Supermassive Empyreal Galaxy, so he was not worried about this progression of power.
He only enjoyed peaceful days while gathering every tidbit of information that he could- his Enneagram Clones having been stationed at the end points of the observable edge of the Alcyoneus Galaxy as they expanded the range of the Investigator to cover everything nearby as countless threads of information regarding nearby galaxies danced in his mind.
They had no conflict with him, neither did he have conflict with them as he would keep it this way and continue enjoying his peace.
