It was either this or the fate of death against someone who had decimated Dragon Rulers with ease.
When it came to life, even the most noble creatures would choose it over their own honor!
The scales of two Dragons pulsed with radiance on both sides during this momentous occasion as in a short period of time…
Two Rulers became bound to him.
And the first thing that occurred was their gazes turning extremely serious as they felt a feedback of power course through them!
Frost gathered over their scales as the Glacial Armor of the Deep was granted to them- granting them a tremendous sense of defense.
Where their wings sprouted, crimson gold wings of lightning also erupted as their forms looked even more majestic!
By all means, even Ryanara in the distance could see the pressure and life force that these two Rulers gave off entering a whole new stage.
Her gaze became unfathomably heavy as she stared at the figure of Alexander in the distance.
Meanwhile, the two Dragon Rulers were shocked as they looked towards him with even greater seriousness!
How could another Ruler strengthen them this much just by binding them?
Their unease and fear towards this being was high even though he had already bound them.
Yet Alexander didn’t even bother with their buzzing emotions, his figure remaining seated on the dead Dragon as he nodded towards them.
“Your names?”
With their binding, they could understand him with ease even without using Authority.
The Three Headed Red Dragon had its pairs of eyes locked onto him as she answered first.
“Balasa, and this blue one here is Polet.”
“I can speak for myself!” Lightning buzzed on the Blue Dragon’s scales as she growled out towards the Three Headed Red Dragon, Balasa.
Alexander nodded towards them freely as he spoke.
“Alright, Balasa and Polet. Which world do you all stem from? How many Rulers roam across it?”
Alexander wanted critical information first.
If these entities were here, who else was?
How powerful were they?
Only by knowing this could he move freely.
Balasa was more forthcoming as she began to speak gracefully.
“We have always been in the World of Dragoisles. A great world stretching out with 9 Continents- its seas endlessly vast as its lands are! There, millions of Dragon Races lived with power and majesty-“
“Critical information only.” Alexander interrupted while waving his hands as Balasa looked at him silently before she answered his question.
“Millions of Dragons roam free, and there are approximately thousands of Rulers among them.”

A number that caused even Ryanara and the Alfanians in the back to draw sharp, gazed breaths!
Thousands.
What exactly did that number mean?
That was thousands of Rulers! And each of them was a terrifying Dragon.
How vast had Ephesus become to accommodate them all? And if that world of Dragoisles alone was so vast, how massive was Ephesus now that it had swallowed it?
Many questions arose from all this as Alexander remained calm while asking another question.
“Of those thousands of Rulers, how many are Sky Rulers? Void Rulers?”
Sky Rulers who entirely understood a Covenant. Void Rulers who entirely Assimilated a Covenant of Nature!
Their power was on a different level entirely as he had to know.
Balasa and Polet gazed at each other as this time, it was Polet who answered.
Her body crackled with crimson lightning as she opened her jaws.
“Publicly, a few hundred famous Dragon Rulers are known to have understood an entire Covenant. As for Void Rulers who have entirely assimilated a Covenant of Nature…there are nine! The Nine Void Dragon Rulers that each lorded over one of the Continents of Dragoisles.”

Among thousands, it seemed small- but even this number alone seemed like a blade above many as in the back, Ryanara turned ashen.

“Of all these, how common is it for Rulers to be proficient in multiple Covenants?”

Seeking to understand even one completely is rare, and only Void Rulers who have entirely assimilated a Covenant start of another. There are some geniuses with Dual Covenants of Nature even before they become Void Rulers. They definitely wield more power, but at what cost?”

When Alexander heard this he smiled.
And he then focused on his newly socketed Bonds of the Gold Ruler as he pulled upon one of its critical functions!

And instantly, he felt the nine-pointed golden gem on his chest vibrate with tremendous radiance, a Blue and Crimson star-like brilliance instantly blooming within it!
And in the next moment…

Around Alexander.
Dazzling blue lightning erupted around him, while a fiery ring of light began to spin dangerously inches away from him!
It was the brilliance of Covenants of Nature.
And they were not Gold.
Seeing it, the newly bound Dragons blinked as they wondered if they were seeing things!
