The Fifth Realm: Gathering at the Divine Shrine of the Spirit world…
The 9 realm association chose the 5th realm as a stronghold for only one reason. That is the presence of a divine shrine which takes people to the spirit world.
The early morning fog in the Fifth Realm was dancing in swirls and filled with an almost colourful mana. The 21 chosen members for spirit world and 13 superior administrators of 9 realm associations reached the shrine.
The Divine Shrine of the Spirit World, a towering round structure, an intricate tantric symbol carved on white marble. As the administrators placed mana stones all around the edges of the tower, it started glowing with an ethereal blue light. Hiding from the outside world, this shrine stood at the heart of a colour fog valley.
Soon, the administrators began making preparations for teleportation. The central circular yantric symbol came to life. The twenty-one supreme wizards, their faces a mix of determination and nervousness immediately stood in a circle around the tantric symbol.
Among them stood Krum, the arrogant rich heir of the Gu family, and Jean, the daughter of 6th realm head. Jean was in a completely dispirited state because of Kent’s absence.
The circle of administrators, thirteen in number, began chanting in unison. Their voices reverberated across the fog valley, powerful tantric threads began vibrating that stirred the Mana in the air.
More than a billion of superior Mana stones, stacked like glowing pyramids around the shrine. The superior mana stones pulsed as their energy was drawn into the tower.
Superior Administrator Konan stepped forward, his booming voice commanding the attention of all.
“Chosen members of the Nine Realms Association, the path to the Spirit World is fraught with peril. Fate will decide your destination. Once you step onto this platform, there is no turning back.”
The wizards exchanged uneasy glances. Krum’s gaze lingered on Jean, his eyes brimming with malice. Jean, lost in thought, barely noticed. Her fingers toyed with a small crystal pendant—a token from her mother.
Krum sneered. “Pathetic. You’ll need more than that trinket to survive what’s coming.”
Jean ignored him, her silence fueling Krum’s disdain.
“Step inside the circle!” Konan’s command cut through the tension. The wizards obeyed, their robes swirling as they took their step into the shrine. The glow intensified, the platform trembling under the weight of the immense energy.
The chanting reached a crescendo, and a blinding light enveloped the platform. One by one, the wizards vanished, their forms dissolving into streams of glowing particles.

-The Seventh Realm…
Deep within the royal palace… At the fiery heart of the fire mountains, Inside a lava flowing mountain, the Divine Shrine stood dull in stark contrast to its counterpart in the Fifth Realm.
Encased in molten rock, the shrine radiated heat and power, with lava rivers crisscrossing the terrain. Kent, flanked by Lily and Scott, waited near the shrine.
“Do you feel it?” Scott asked, his gaze fixed on the swirling lava. “Something’s not right.”
Lily frowned. “I think so. The energy flow… it’s really violent and in disorder.”
Moments later, the air mist shimmered, and Maxwell, Phillip, and Simon emerged from the haze, their faces twisted with determination and concealed smugness.
“The prodigal sons have arrived.” Lily muttered with a smile.
Maxwell stepped forward, his hand holding a long staff with a crescent head on top.
“Enjoy your last moments of arrogance, Kent. The Spirit World will be your grave.” Maxwell muttered under his breath while glaring at Kent.
Before Kent could respond, a sudden surge of power rippled through the shrine. Jason and Emperor Ryon stood at the edge, their hands raised in unison. The intricate runes on the shrine’s surface flared to life, and a deep rumbling filled the rocky terrain.
“They’re activating the portal,” Scott whispered, his eyes narrowing.
“Stay close and be alert.” Kent replied.
“It’s already late. Everyone, step on the tantric platform.” Emperor Ryon shouted as he dropped a billion of superior mana stones on the burning fire pond at centre.
The energy swirled faster, creating a vortex that pulled everyone onto the platform. With a deafening roar, the group was consumed by the light, leaving the Seventh Realm behind.
Arrival in the Spirit World…
The Spirit World was a constant moving world with several individual planet realms. People couldn’t make a map due to its constant changing ability.
The 21 people from the 9 realms association appeared first. Each arrival was marked by a flash of light, depositing the travellers in random locations.
Jean appeared amidst a grove of towering metal trees, their crystal leaves catching the faint, eerie light of the Spirit World’s 13 suns. She staggered, disoriented, her hand instinctively reaching for her pendant.
Not far from her, Krum materialised. His lips curled into a cruel smile when he spotted her.
“Fate is amusing. It seems it wants me to settle our score.” Krum said, his voice dripping with malice.
“I have no quarrel with you, Krum. Walk away.” Jean straightened, her eyes steely.
Krum laughed, drawing a gleaming silver staff adorned with pulsating gemstones. “Walk away? After years of watching you get everything handed to you? This is my time to take revenge. So, Not a chance.”
With a wave of his staff, he unleashed a torrent of fiery orbs. Jean countered with a barrier of shimmering water, the two elements colliding in a spectacular explosion of steam and light.
“You’ve improved,” Krum admitted, his tone mocking. “But not enough.”
He activated a treasure—a talisman that called forth shadow beasts from the Spirit World. The monstrous creatures, all fangs and claws, surged toward Jean.
She didn’t flinch, her hands moving in precise, practiced gestures.
“Cascade of the Moonlit Tide!” she cried, summoning a wave of radiant water that swept the beasts away, disintegrating them into black mist.
“You think you’re clever, don’t you?” Krum growled, his confidence wavering.
He slammed his staff into the ground, creating a fissure from which erupted black flames that spiraled toward Jean. She leaped back, summoning a protective sphere of light.
“You brought this on yourself.” Jean said coldly.
She raised her hand, a golden spear materializing in the air. “Heaven’s Radiant Spear!”
A massive lance of light descended, piercing through Krum’s defenses. He cried out, collapsing to his knees, blood seeping from the wound.
“Mercy!” Krum gasped, his voice desperate.
“Jean, please!”
Jean stood over him, her expression unreadable. “You showed me none. And I can’t afford to let someone like you live. Fate brought us here like you said, Krum. And fate decided.”
With a final chant, the light consumed him, leaving nothing but silence in its wake.
