The Golden throne moving at the speed of sound in the sky. Kent sat on the throne in Lotus Position. He is fully focused on the Poison Tome before him.
Meanwhile, on the thorne steps, a shiny black human with a long snake-like tongue sat with a grim face. He is none other than Jabil, the serpent beast of Kent. He took human form as he evolved with the help of war god.
The dragon’s playful antics irritated Jabil, its gleeful laughter echoing through the steps of the Throne.
Jabil, despite the grown size of the dragon, couldn’t help but chuckle at the dragon’s innocence. The creature had grown immensely in size, its scales gleaming with a vibrant mix of gold and silver, but its mind remained that of a child—curious, playful, and, at times, clumsy.
Jabil’s rough, scaled hands moved over the dragon’s smooth, warm skin, rubbing it with gentle strokes that elicited more happy sounds from the creature. The baby dragon, rolling on steps with delight, accidentally knocked into Jabil, sending them both tumbling down the steps in a chaotic, joyous mess of limbs and laughter.
But the joy was abruptly interrupted as they came to a halt at the feet of a sobbing feminine figure. The dragon, its laughter fading, looked up with a serious, almost protective gaze, its large eyes fixating on the weeping woman. Jabil quickly regained his footing and rushed forward, concern etched on his face.
“Kavi, what happened? Why are you crying?” Jabil asked, his voice filled with genuine worry. It was rare to see Kavi, usually so strong to become emotional. Her tears glistened in the dim light, her delicate frame trembling as she tried to stifle her sobs.
Experience new stories with empire
Kavi looked up, her eyes red and puffy from crying. Her voice trembled as she spoke, barely able to get the words out. “It’s Master… He asked me about the location of my home last night.”
Jabil’s brow furrowed in confusion. “You mean the Fire Kirin race? Why would he—”
Kavi interrupted him, her voice growing steadier as she explained. “I know where the throne is heading. It’s moving toward the volcanic mountain… where my family lives.”
Realization dawned on Jabil, his eyes widening in understanding. “Kent is taking you back… to your family?”
Kavi nodded, wiping away her tears with the back of her hand. “He gave word to my brother, Zi Chen, that he would release the master-servant bond between us. And now… he’s heading to the stronghold of the Fire Kirin to fulfill that promise.”
Jabil fell silent, his heart heavy with the weight of Kavi’s words. The bond between a master and servant was not something easily broken, and the fact that Kent was willing to go to such lengths for Kavi, spoke volumes about his character. But it also meant that Kavi would be leaving them, returning to her family, to a world where she truly belonged.
Kavi’s tears had slowed, but the sorrow in her eyes remained. She looked at Jabil, her voice soft and tinged with melancholy. “I should be happy, Jabil. I should be overjoyed to return to my people… but I’m not. I’ve grown to care for all of you, and the thought of leaving my master… it breaks my heart.”
“You’ll always be a part of our family, Kavi. No matter where you go, we’ll always remember you.” Jabil said in a sad tone.
The baby dragon, sensing the somber mood, nuzzled Kavi gently, its warm breath brushing against her face. Kavi managed a small smile, her hand resting on the dragon’s snout as she whispered words of comfort to the creature.

The throne rushed at great speed and after a long time, they approached the Volcanic Mountain, which is home to the Fire Kirin Race.
Meanwhile, as the first light of dawn touched the volcanic mountains, the scene at the Fire Kirin stronghold was utter chaos. The ground trembling under the might of the ongoing battle. Massive Fire Kirins, their bodies wreathed in flames, clashed violently with the forces of the Dwarf Phoenix clan, each side unleashing their devastating powers in a bid for dominance.
The sky above was filled with the cries of battle, the roar of flames mingling with the shrill cries of the Phoenixes as they dived and swooped, their fiery wings leaving trails of burning light in their wake.
The volcanic landscape was scarred and bloodied, molten lava flowing freely from cracks in the earth, igniting the ground in a hellish blaze.
It was in the midst of this chaos that Kent arrived, his throne descending from the sky with a silent grace. As he hovered in the sky, his presence went almost unnoticed by the warring factions, their attention solely focused on the battle.
But Kent, undeterred by the violence around him, scanned the battlefield, his eyes scanning the battlefield for signs of Kavi’s kin.
As he approached the heart of the battle, Kent reached for his Dragon-Lion bow. He pulled back the bowstring a little and released it with a trembling sound.
“BOOM”
An explosive sound filled the air—a piercing cry, like that of a Phoenix, echoed across the battlefield. The very air seemed to tremble with the force of the sound, and all at once, the battle came to a halt.
Some weak living beings fell to the ground, as they couldn’t bear the phoenix cry of Dragon-lion bow.
The Fire Kirins, who had been on the verge of defeat, paused, their massive heads turning toward the source of the sound. Even the Dwarf Phoenixes, who had been dominating the fight, faltered, their wings faltering mid-flight as they stared in confusion at the newcomer.
For a moment, there was a tense silence, the two sides frozen in place as they tried to comprehend what had just happened.
The Fire Kirins, their bodies still burning with residual heat, looked toward Kent, unsure whether he was friend or foe. The Dwarf Phoenixes, their fiery forms hovering in the air, shared uncertain glances, their advantage suddenly feeling less secure.
Kent, still holding his bow, remained calm and collected, his gaze sweeping over the battlefield. He knew that his arrival had disrupted the battle, but he didn’t care about them. He was here to fulfill a promise and he didn’t want to waste his precious time.
Kavi had transformed into her true form—a magnificent Fire Kirin, her body a blazing inferno of red and gold. She stood tall and proud, her fiery mane billowing like a living flame, her eyes glowing with a fierce determination. With a mighty roar, she called out to her kin, her voice filled with authority and resolve.
The Fire Kirins responded to her call, their loyalty to one of their own overcoming their wariness of the newcomer.
They rallied around Kavi, their flames burning brighter as they prepared to follow her lead. The Dwarf Phoenixes, seeing this sudden shift in the battlefield, hesitated, unsure whether to continue the fight or retreat.
