Dio saw the Mother and Daughter’s departure and sighed tiredly as he kept walking.

Communication with the Korean Government hasn’t gone very smooth and Dio was losing his patience as the politicians kept getting in the way of his plan. Dio finally snapped and began intimidating a few politician to push his plan ahead! He didn’t really want to intervene too much in a country’s politics, but these politician haven’t given him much of a choice!
Even when their country was being rampaged by the chaos on the street, they still prioritised their own agenda! They clearly turned a blind eye to the situation that they were supposed to control! Of course, there were still some righteous people in the seat of the parliaments, but they were often ignored! After all, those who wanted to reap the profit from this chaos was much larger in number.
The politicians were definitely the most optimistic type of people. No matter how many died from the chaos, they would just rid them of as a collateral damage! As long as their loved ones were save, they didn’t care about others!
Thus, Dio came teaching them a good lesson as he could become a thug too!
Thinking of new ways to convince the politicians so that they carried out his plan was just too roundabout, so intimidation and violence became the best way to make sure these politicians did what he asked. These politicians knew that they couldn’t enjoy their profit if they ended up dead!
These politicians didn’t have anywhere to report Dio in, too as they couldn’t expect the United Nation would consider them despite the current situation of the world. Even so, these politicians did carry out Dio’s plan even though it was carried out under their name as they didn’t want to give the credit to an individual!
However, the people weren’t that dumb either! They began to suspect that there was someone behind the sudden change behind the government’s action as it was too sudden!
On the other hand, many small countries has their rules completely fell apart! There was no one to be held accountable, so the country died out by chaos! People started to suspect the same suspicious individual to be the one behind all of this chaos, but they couldn’t point their fingers to anyone as it was only a conspiracy theory!
Regardless, there were many politicians that began to hate Dio secretly and waiting to settle the score with him once all this madness subsided, but for now they would silently follow Dio’s plan!
Dio didn’t really know what the politicians were thinking, but he didn’t really care as Dio didn’t need to be concerned over the likes of them. Dio already battled demons, aliens, universe conqueror, and many other entities that human couldn’t even begin to comprehend! What would mere politicians amount to at this point?
“We all know what to do now and we will not let you down!” an old man that already began losing his hair followed Dio to the door. He was the leader that was temporarily elected to lead the country right now. He was the first one that Dio intimidated as soon as he had enough of the politician’s shenanigans.
Therefore, he was the one who did his best to carry out Dio’s command if he didn’t want to die! He knew how powerful Dio was, so he knew that following every command that Dio gave would net him profit in itself!
“Remember! If you fail, I wouldn’t mind letting those wasteful group choose another incompetent leader! Right now, there are many shortage of people in every sector, but there won’t be any shortage of politicians any time soon! Do you understand what I mean?” Dio said coldly.
The old guy immediately nodded repetitively as he was really intimidated by Dio’s power. So far, he understood that Dio always followed through his words and thus he knew that he had to agree and move according to Dio’s plan.
Dio knew that he could get into trouble by intimidating the head of the state, but for now, he didn’t care about it! There was no telling when the Grandmaster would strike again, so Dio had to act fast! If he didn’t get things done, he wouldn’t be able to sleep soundly later.
“I don’t know what else you would do in the meantime, but there are a few women that admire you very much. Would you like me to let them in?” The old man said slily.
Dio then looked at the old man coldly. The old man was immediately surprised as he didn’t think his offer was bad at all. Why would Dio become upset all of a sudden? He didn’t know how else to entertain Dio as the only thing that everyone knew about South Korea was the Korean Wave. In other words, their beautiful idols!
The old man knew that the western countries didn’t really knew much of Korea, but he hoped that Dio knew about their idols somehow.
“You sly old fox! Just do what I told within the time limit! Remember that you only have one chance!” Dio said coldly before Galaxy appeared from the air. Dio then flew on Galaxy’s back, leaving the old man alone in panic.
The old man knew that he had no other choice but to really quench the chaos from the street. Otherwise, Dio might as well kill him when he failed! There was no more games, the chaos has to stop in order for him to stay alive! He knew that he couldn’t outrun Dio and he also knew that there was nowhere to hide either. The best thing right now was to make sure Dio got what he wanted!
Meanwhile, Dio flew away without care. He didn’t care about what these people would do. The only thing that Dio wanted to see was the result of their job! If they couldn’t quench the chaos, Dio would just change the leader until he got a leader that was competent enough to stop the chaos!
Now that Dio had done enough in South Korea, it was time for him to move to the Neon Country! He still hde many Asian Countries left to visit, so he didn’t have time for games!
