“We have to put everything we got in this battle, and even then, maybe some of us won’t be able to see the sun tomorrow, but we will never surrender!” Steve said as he raised everyone’s morale once again. Loki, who was standing on the side, wanted to slip out quietly. He knew how horrifying Thanos really was, so he didn’t want to deal with him!
It was an obvious choice for someone who didn’t want to die. For now, Loki was regarded as one of the Earth’s fighters, and since he didn’t want to fight Thanos, he had to slip away from the scene! He couldn’t say that he would be able to escape and live to tell the story in the future if he fought Thanos now.
“Wanda, stay here and look after Dio! If he wakes up, let us know immediately!” Steve said solemnly, but Wanda didn’t say anything as she stayed beside Dio, clutching him desperately. Everyone immediately knew that Dio was in safe hands as nobody dared get close to Dio with Wanda in her overprotective mood.
Steve immediately turned his attention back to Thanos and immediately rushed forward. He didn’t have to wait for everyone as he really wanted to end this battle quickly! Everyone obviously followed him, except for Wanda and Dio, who stayed behind.
Wanda held Dio’s hands tightly, and her other hand stroked Dio’s cheek gently. “No one would take you away from me!” Wanda said firmly as the crimson energy began to discharge from her body. She gently pressed her forehead against Dio’s then she immediately used her power to cover their surrounding. This crimson protection of Wanda also served as a prod that tried to get into Dio’s mind. However, Wanda’s power immediately came across a blockade that prevented her from moving any further.
She knew that this unknown entity that shut out her power was the one responsible for the state Dio was in now, so she knew that she had to get rid of this vile thing out of Dio’s mind. She knew that Dio must be fighting in there, so all she had to do was to apply some pressure from the outside to help Dio win his battle.
Wanda’s face soon turned pale as she continuously used her power. She even spat out some blood as the power that kept Dio from waking up was stronger than she thought. She believed that it had to be the power of the Infinity Stones!
But as she didn’t notice any Infinity Stones in Dio’s possession, she knew that it had to be the enemy’s attack, which meant that Dio was in danger the whole time! Even though she knew all this, Wanda didn’t give up. She kept trying to free Dio from the power that took Dio’s consciousness away from her.
Since there was no easy way to break this invisible wall on Dio’s mind, she immediately changed her method. She was ready to put her spiritual energy inside Dio’s mind to help Dio fight the enemy from the inside. She knew that she could be trapped inside Dio’s mind, sharing the same fate with Dio, but it was a better option than watching Dio in this sorry state all the time.
The crimson energy suddenly enveloped the entire area and began to condense around Wanda’s body.

The Chitaury Army kept knocking the ice wall that was still standing despite the raging storm that Dark Crystal had created earlier. They began to attack it in unison to make sure that their attack cracked the ice! Corvus Glaive, Black Dwarf, and Hela were standing behind the Chitaury army as they were the remaining commanders on Thanos’ force.
“Somebody is coming!” Hela said in discomfort as she didn’t want to be there at all. The three commanders quickly turned their attention to the sky and saw a gorgeous light rapidly falling from outer space.
It was Captain Marvel! At the same time, a dilapidated spaceship soon followed her, slowly landing on the Earth’s ground.
Star Lord, Rocket Raccoon, Drax, Groot, and Nebula came out of the spaceship fully armed. If Dio were conscious right now, he would be surprised that Carol would join the Star Lord’s rowdy group.
“Thanos! Where is Gamora? What did you do to her!?” Quill shouted as he rushed towards Thanos. He didn’t see Gamora anywhere, and his heart was extremely wary as he had a bad hunch about the entire situation.
Hearing Peter Quill shouting about Gamora, Thanos suddenly felt a pang in his chest, but he didn’t show it as he ignored Peter and turned his attention towards Carol. He knew that Carol was a tricky opponent, and without the Infinity Stones in his possession, he knew that he couldn’t say with confidence that he would win against Carol.
“I can sense that the Reality Stones is somewhere there! Bring it back to me quickly while I hold off these bastards!” Thanos said to his Black Order before he put on his helmet and pulled out his large-bladed weapon.
“Attack forward!” Corvus Glaive shouted as he understood Thanos’ order and began rushing towards the Avengers. They didn’t consider the Avengers a threat as they thought these people were just a small fry.
“Thanos!” Carol shouted in anger and then glided in hyper-speed towards Thanos. Her speed was like a comet that would obliterate anything on her path. Peter Quill also wanted to do the same thing, but the Chitauri army that was already rushing to the battlefield stopped him short on his track.
On the other hand, Steve and the others were also rushing towards Thanos, but they were also slowed down immensely with the Chitauri Army on their path. They didn’t know who Carol and the guys that came down from the spaceship was and they weren’t quite sure what to say about the current situation. The only thing they knew was that they had to remain cautious as they didn’t know whether they were friends or foes.
But as they saw those people show up as suddenly as they recklessly charged towards Thanos, they knew that at least they shared a common goal. The enemy of their enemy was a friend, at the very least for now!
So, without further hesitation, T’challa immediately ordered Wakanda’s army to advance forward. Steve, Hulk, and the rest of the Avengers began to do the same thing as they were the vanguard of the battle.
Tony took a deep breath and pushed the Ark Reactor on his chest, equipping the Mark 50 Suit that he had developed in secret. It immediately wrapped around his body in an instant, making Iron Man good to go once again. This body armour of his used Nanotechnology, and because of that, it was the most powerful Suit that Tony had at the moment.
As long as the damage that the Suit sustained wasn’t beyond the limit it could handle, the Nanotech would simply repair itself. In theory, it would never be destroyed!
But even so, Tony had never used it for an actual battle. In other words, he didn’t have any combat data to back this theory!
