“I know that the word Disaster might sound terrible, but there’s no need for you to brood about it. As I explained earlier, it wouldn’t be something that happened so suddenly! As long as we can find the prelude to the disaster, there’s still a way to prevent it!” Dio casually said as he summoned everyone and explained the disaster that Stephen has foreseen.
After hearing what Dio said, everyone frowned as they realised that the Earth would face many crises in the future. Still, Dio’s explanation about the Sorcerer Supreme, who protected the Earth from the multiverse invasion, was quite a shock to them. They didn’t expect the Earth would still have a secret organisation from ancient times that did so much while revealing so little to the public!
“Excuse me to interrupt, but are you sure this whole sorcerer thing was real? Are you sure it’s not just another shady sect looking for attention with all that ‘the end of the world’ stuff?” Barton said doubtfully. It couldn’t be helped that anyone would have a hard time believing something this out-of-this-world business all of a sudden. Furthermore, the person who gave this information said that he ‘saw it from their observation of the future?” it was a word that he often heard from a scammer who was targetting those who were insecure!
In fact, all of Avengers had a hard time believing something like this, but the fact that Dio, as the strongest Avenger right now, said this in person made the information a little more credible. While Dio might always be right in the past, it didn’t mean everyone would believe him without any question!
But it was a given as even two inseparable best friends would still have a hard time believing if one of them said that the world would end tomorrow! So, Dio just stood there without saying anything to convince the Avengers to believe him as he knew that saying too much would have a negative effect instead. But, in order to prove his point regarding the power of Sorcerer Supreme, Dio snapped his finger and brought everyone to Mirror Dimension!
Everyone was shocked and frightened at the beginning as Dio controlled the space to make it look like a round table from ancient England and pulled the tile beneath everyone’s feet to make them sit down on each chair like a round table discussion should be.
“This is the Mirror Dimension. It could be regarded as a simple tool to understand the multiverse! Rest assured, no matter what I do here, it wouldn’t have any impact on the real world! This Mirror Dimension ability that I let you all see here today is something that I learned from the previous Sorcerer Supreme. This would be enough evidence to you that I wasn’t tricked by some shady cult or something!” Dio casually said while rotating the space like a merry-go-round!
Dio’s decision to take everyone to Mirror Dimension was actually a good choice as everyone began to believe what he was saying.
“Is there really a wizard in this world?” Scott asked curiously. He asked Dio with slight awe in his tone, which everyone expected to be as it was something that came straight out of a fiction story!
“This ability to control space is really amazing! I began to believe that the Sorcerer Supreme could actually see the future!” Steve said as he calmed down from his initial surprise.
Although Dio wanted to correct that it was the time gem that foresaw the future and not the Sorcerer Supreme, he couldn’t do that as he knew that the Ancient One really used her own power to see the future without really relying on the Eye of Agamotto!
“Since you have proved your point, what do you need us to do?” T’challa said as he finally regained his composure. Wakanda has just started to open up to the rest of the world, and he definitely didn’t want the world to face another trial that could end up in another catastrophe!
“First of all, I need you to go back to Wakanda and prepare for the worst while you wait for me to bring you either good news or bad news later. I need Wakanda to build several spaceships, just in case the world really needs it later. We have no way of knowing whether the disaster would end up in a catastrophe for the human race or not. According to the Sorcerer, at least two Alien Races has set their sight on Earth!” Dio said confidently.
Dio’s words were clearly for T’challa alone as he was the king of the world’s richest and most powerful country. The only place that could meet Dio’s request was only Wakanda as it didn’t need any useless bureaucracy that could consume more time.
“You are probably right. Even if the disaster ends up being a false alarm, I could always use the spaceship to establish the space line of defence for Earth later! But can you provide me some elves scientist to move things forward faster? The knowledge you provided earlier really helped, but I think it would be faster to have the professional help.” T’challa said as he groaned as his workload just doubled.
T’challa never once asked anything about money. After all, he had a mine full of mineral that was worth billions! If Wakanda was just a small and poor country, Dio might not even consider asking something like this!
“If that’s the case, I will order some Dark Elves to help your team later,” Dio said unconcerned.
“Well, if that is all you need, I will stay here! I didn’t have anything to prepare anyway.” Wanda stated with a frown on her face.
Seeing his sister like this made Pietro a little bit sad! Nonetheless, he was happy to stay in New York! But, alas, where his sister is staying, he would also be there!
Dio nodded and looked around. He noticed that everyone else also wanted to stay there for personal reasons, so he didn’t stop them. He didn’t need any help from them at the moment, so it was better for them to relax and sort out their own business first.
He knew that everyone would help him as they’ve already gone through a lot. Therefore, there was no reason for Dio to risk fighting against the upcoming disaster alone!
“Prepare yourself well! I knew that we could survive through anything! I will leave Wanda and Pietro in your care for a while. I will inform everyone about the situation later!” Dio said confidently.
