Chapter 140: Make Your Own Choice
Luo Yaoshan was lying on the ground in pain. How could he possibly get back up? Even if he managed to, he would just be kicked back down again! This Ling Chuxi was indeed too scary! How was she so unlike her pure appearance? A witch, she was a bona fide witch!
At this moment, Ling Yuanhong happily ran to Ling Chuxi as he shouted in delight, “Chuxi, you’ve returned.”

They shuddered and no longer dared to move. Having seen what happened to Luo Yaoshan, how could they not feel fear? Now that they heard Ling Chuxi calling out to hold them back, they subconsciously covered their mouths. They really did not wish to be searching for their teeth on the ground!
Ling Chuxi suddenly called out, “Ling Yuanhong.”
“Yes? Chuxi, I’m here, I’m here,” he replied immediately, looking at her in delight.
“Go, beat them up. Give them double of what they did to you. If they dare return a blow, I will give them ten times the beating.” After Ling Chuxi calmly finished speaking to Ling Yuanhong, she looked at those people. “Make your own choice. Double or ten times?”
The group had tears rolling down their cheeks. ‘Could we not choose either?’ Of course, no one dared to actually voice out those words. Double or ten times. If it was necessary to choose one, was there any need to even say? Of course one would choose double.
Ling Yuanhong did not bother to be courteous after hearing her words, and directly went forward to beat up those people.
Shortly after, the street was filled with shrieks and screams. Anyone who heard it would feel frightened and get goosebumps all over.
Ling Chuxi however, simply leaned against the wall in a carefree manner as she watched Ling Yuanhong beat them up. Ling Yichen also touched his own sword and stood silently by the side. Ling Yuanhong beat them up till he was drenched in sweat, but the more he beat them, the more excited he got.
Finally, he was able to return the suffering he had endured, and was even able to return it twofold! Ling Xiaoting on the other hand, stood by the side with a complicated look, not knowing what he was thinking about.
With a final kick on the last person’s butt, Ling Yuanhong finished beating them. “Get lost! The next time I’ll beat you till you’re no longer human.”
“Oh, that’s right, I just recalled. Who was it who said that he wanted to keep me in his room as a bed warmer?” asked Ling Chuxi. Ling Yuanhong’s words made her suddenly recall that one of them had said such big words before.
“No, no. Absolutely not. You heard wrongly!” wailed the group.
With their swollen and bruised faces, they half rolled, half climbed as they quickly scrambled away, disappearing from sight. Ling Yichen’s cold eyes glanced over at their retreating backs, his sharp gaze making them feel like they were being stabbed with needles, and they ran even faster.
“I’ll go see the second elder first,” said Ling Chuxi, squatting down by the wall to cuddle Little White.
Ling Yuanhong stuttered and stammered, “Second elder, he…”
After speaking halfway, he did not continue.
