"So it's the famous Baron that Herbalist Elias has been vouching for." Adam fixed his gaze on Xu Feng and laughed heartily. "Indeed, such a young man but capable of resolving the insurgent that has been troubling me and other mayors."
"You over-praise me too much, Mayor Adam." Xu Feng remained humble and shook his head. "It's all thanks to the collective effort of everyone that the crisis was resolved."
There was an oppressive aura emitted from Adam, and it wasn't done on purpose. It was just his passive aura that naturally suppressed others, but Xu Feng was able to remain composed.
Seeing how composed and humbled Xu Feng remained despite making such an achievement, Adam became more pleased.
He nodded his head repeatedly. "Even if you say that, I've discussed with the other mayors regarding what type of reward should be granted to you."
Xu Feng inwardly shuddered in excitement upon hearing the type of reward.
