Yu Qi told Ming Yue that she would bring a friend for dinner tomorrow night. When Ming Yue asked who, Yu Qi told her it was a man with a child. Ming Yue was surprised. She asked for more details.
Yu Qi told her that she had invited the man and his child to be introduced to Tang Bo Lin. Both of them were pretty similar in age and mind.
Hearing this, Ming Yue felt relieved that Yu Qi was not moving from Long Hui to a widower with a child. She was happy to have dinner with them.
The next day, Yu Qi returned to Tang Residence after her shift ended. She wanted to help prepare the dinner. She had already inquired about Lefebvre Amaurya and Lefebvre Rafael's preferences on their food.
Lefebvre Amaury and Lefebvre Rafael arrived at the Tang Residence at 7 p.m. Grandpa Hang welcomed them in.
"Welcome to Tang residence, Mr Lefebvre. Come in. We are going to serve dinner soon." Grandpa Hang said.
He brought both of them to the living room first. Grandpa Tang was there. Lefebvre Amaury greeted Grandpa Tang.
"You are the guest that my granddaughter invited for dinner?" Grandpa Tang looked at Lefebvre Amaury up and down.
"Miss Tang's grandfather? You must be that legendary doctor, Tang Jiang Man." Lefebvre Amaury seemed to be excited to see Grandpa Tang.
"You seemed to be excited to see me? There are only two types of people who are excited to see me. One is the doctors or medicine Greeks. The second type, the patients whom I saved in the past. From what I can see, you are not a doctor. I remember my patients. I never saw you before. So, you are not my patient." Grandpa Tang said.
"I am indeed a doctor or your patient. But I am a family member of your patient." Lefebvre Amaury stated.
"Oh... Who is your family?" Grandpa Tang asked.
"Lefebvre Alven. You saved Lefebvre Alven 20 years ago. He is my grandpa." Lefebvre Amaury stated.
"Lefebvre... Oh... Yes... Him... How is he now?" Grandpa Tang asked.
"Thank to you performing the surgery... My grandpa is still alive and lively." Lefebvre Amaury said.
"Great to hear that. But it is not my doing but his bless." Grandpa Tang said.
Lefebvre Amaury did not know expect that Grandpa Tang, his family savior to be Yu Qi's grandfather. When he investigated Yu Qi's background, he did not bother to look at her family.
Grandpa Tang turned to look at Lefebvre Rafael who was silently peeking at him. When their eyes met each other, the boy still did not look away. Seeing him, he remembered his own grandson.
"This is...?" Grandpa Tang asked.
"This is my son, Rafael." Lefebvre Amaury said. "Rafael, say hello to Sir Tang."
"No need to call me Sir Tang. Just call me Grandpa Tang." Grandpa Tang said.
Lefebvre Rafael stood up and bowed to Grandpa Tang in silent.
"Hahaha... Good child." Grandpa Tang nodded.
"Master, the dinner is ready." Grandpa Hang came over and informed Grandpa Tang.
"Let's go to the dining room. Everyone is probably there already." Grandpa Tang said.
Lefebvre Amaury nodded. They walked to the dining room. All of the Tang Family members were here except Tang Qin Hao and Tang Han Lee. They were at the hospital.
Yu Qi just walked to the dining room while bringing the dish. She placed it on the table. She spotted Lefebvre Amaury and Lefebvre Rafael.
"Welcome to my family house." Yu Qi said.
"Little Sis, have you change your fiance?" Tang Jin Wei asked jokingly.
Ming Yue, who sat beside Tang Jin Wei, smacked her son's head.
"Mom, we have guests here. Can you not beat me up?" Tang Jin Wei turned to his mother, rubbing the place where his mother smacked earlier.
"You know that we have guests but still you can say something like that?" Ming Yue asked.
"I am just joking... That's all." Tang Jin Wei said.
"He is my future business partner. His name is Lefebvre Amaury and that kid is his son, Lefebvre Rafael. They are from France." Yu Qi introduced the guest to Tang Family.
"He is grandson to one of my patients." Grandpa Tang chimed in.
"Really?" Yu Qi was surprised.
"Yeah. I don't expect that you to be my family savior." Lefebvre Amaury smiled.
They assigned to be seated. Tang Bo Lin rushed to sit beside Yu Qi.
"Bo Lin is already like this with his sister." Su Xiao chuckled when she watched her son's behavior.
Lefebvre Rafael also went to sat down beside Yu Qi. Tang Jin Wei who was about to sit down was stunned seeing his seat being snatched like that by a kiddo.
Tang Bo Lin glared at Lefebvre Rafael. He could feel that this kid wanted to snatch his sister from him. He immediately disliked this kid.
Tang Heng Nuo looked astounded at the kid in front of her. His blonde hair caught her attention to. She wanted to ask the boy but she knew it was not a good place to chimed in. She would wait until the dinner over and would be going to talk with the boy.
The dinner was super good. Lefebvre Amaury chatted a lot with Grandpa Tang. From there, they knew that Lefebvre Amaury was married to a local woman. They had Lefebvre Rafael. After two years of having a child, the tragedy strike.
