Finally, the shooting competition has been held. Yu Qi was standing with three participants. The opening ceremony was currently going on in the hall. She looked at the stage. The host of this shooting competition was explaining the rules and the type of competition that they were going to compete with. There were a lot of categories that been compete in this shooting competition.
The categories were 50m Rifle 3 Positions (Men/Women), 10m Air Rifle (Men/Women), 25m Rapid Fire Pistol (Men), 25m Pistol (Women), and disassemble and assemble the gun.
Yu Qi and her club members challenged themselves entered the available categories for them. The more the categories, the more points that they could collect.
The opening ceremony had finished. The first category that is contesting was the 50m Rifle 3 Positions (Men/Women). This category was the most famous in the shooting competition. All the participants competed in this category.
This category consisted of three positions of shooting, kneeling, prone, and standing positions, fired in that order. The participant had to fire about ten shots in each of the position. The distance was fifty meters.
There was a time limit too. They had to complete all of the shots in one hour and fifteen minutes for men and one hour for women because of the difference in weight of the rifle itself.
Yu Qi went to the shooting place. One row consisted of fifteen participants. Her club members still waiting for their turn so they went to watch Yu Qi compete first.
Yu Qi greeted the person that will in charge of watching her. This person would record her time. Yu Qi took her place. She was getting started. The first position was kneeling. She prepared herself in that position. The rifle that she holding right now was a little bit lighter than what she expected.
Then the time was started. Yu Qi put the bullet in her rifle and took a breath and fired. The first shot was a 9.8 point. She put the second bullet and shot. 9.9 point. Then she became comfortable. After the three shot, the remaining shot, all of them was a 10 point.
The person in charge recorded her time was shocked. Between the shots, Yu Qi became more and faster. She moved to the prone position. She fired. 9.7 point. The second shot was 9.9 point. The next shots were 10 points except for the eighth one. It was 9.8 point.
Then she moved to the standing position. She was the only person that finished the two position. All of the other participants still in their position. This is her most favorite position. She could shot with her close eyes. She had fired the shots in leisure. All of them was 10 point.
Yu Qi turned and told her timekeeper that she already finished. She had completed the one hour challenge for only thirty five minutes only.
She took off the gear and she got out of the place heading to her club's booth. Each university had given one big tent for the participants to wait for their turn. To be her surprise, all of the members were here.
"Yu Qi, my daughter. You are totally awesome. As expected my daughter." Vice captain Jung Xi Wan gave his thumb up.
"Yu Qi, you are totally awesome. I have fallen in love with you again." Shi Man Xie praised.
"Man Xie, I bet you want to die."
"What?"
"You seemed to forget about Commander Long."
Shi Man Xie freeze. His expression showed his true feeling.
They laughed.
Unknown to Yu Qi, she had been a hot topic among the judges and the top people in the shooting competition.
"A talented woman appeared." One of the old men discussed about Yu Qi.
Yeah. It had been a while since the last talented person appeared. That brat Long Hui, how is he right now?" Another old man turned to one who had the same feature as Long Hui but in the older version.
"Same as always. He's at the Shiwa Camp." General Long Fei Yi answered his friend's question.
"That girl totally awesome. She was looked like Hui."
"I wonder where is this girl came from?"
"I read her profile here. She is from Starlight University. Studying medical."
General Long Fei Yi did not comment anything on that topic. He knew that girl. She was that Tang Jiang Man's beloved granddaughter. And to his surprise, his grandson took a liking on her. He knew how Long Hui behaved around women. He totally rejected unknown women. Especially when women who wanted to approach him.
However, Long Hui approached a girl on his own in the Tang Jiang Man's birthday party made General Long Fei Yi surprised with his act. He did ask him after they returned home. Long Hui asked that he was serious about getting married to her. Long Hui also willing to wait for her to be open and ready for him.
Hearing Long Hui's decision, General Long Fei Yi requested a full background check on Yu Qi. She was an orphan, then been adopted by Wang Family. After years been abused by that family, she lived on her own. Then she met Tang Jiang Man and became his granddaughter.
