[AN: Bonus chapter 3/3]
Kana frowned. She was trying not to cause a scene, but this fat cat seemed to want to threaten her. She was about to open her mouth to say something when a small voice shouted out at her side. "How dare you threaten Kana!"
*Splash!*
A bubble of water formed over the fat cat's head, drenching the fat cat from head to toe. The fat cat looked at the small figure who was floating in the air before him with a menacing look on her face, and rage began to boil up within him. "You! You damn insect! How dare you do such a thing to me! Do you know who my young master's father is!? Disrespecting me is the same as disrespecting my young master!"
"Is your master a god? Why would I care who your master is? Kana said she didn't want to go, but you kept using that ugly mouth of yours to make threats. I may not know much about the world, but I can tell bad people from good people, and you're a bad person!"
The fat cat was so mad instead of using words, he waved his hand, causing a ball of wind to form in front of him that slowly stretched out into a thin line: "[Wind Blade]!"
"Wind what? This is nothing more than a gentle breeze!" Aoi was not at all intimidated by the spell the fat cat used and only needed to wave her hand to disperse it.
The fat cat stared at the little figure in shock as a ball of fear began to grow inside him. He fell to the ground and began scooting backward, trying to get away. Aoi, though, was already very angry as she raised her little hand, causing the sky above to begin to darken. "Aoi enough!"
Kana felt something was seriously wrong and quickly put a stop to Aoi's actions. Even she felt slightly afraid of the attack Aoi was about to unleash. Luckily Aoi listened to Kana, and the clouds above began to disperse. She turned and flew back over to Kana and perched herself on her shoulder. "Should have just let me kill him..."
"Aoi, although killing will easily solve things, but that wouldn't be as fun. When you have prey who wishes to try to impose their background on you, isn't it better to let them fall under their own might? From what I can tell, this young master that fat cat was talking about is nothing much. Not once did the fat cat state who his young master is. This means he is not part of the royal family. So I do not need to be nice to him for Tilia's sake." Kana owed the academy a lot due to her willfulness and did not want to cause them any more trouble by killing the other students, but this did not mean she was going to stand by and do nothing either. She would just do it in a way that tormented the one trying to cause her harm, and what she learned from novels about people who try to use status to get their way was to take away their so-called status.
Luckily for Kana, this was not Earth, or such tricks may not even work unless she had the right connections, and for someone who was a street rat, there was no way for her to be able to do such things and would be suppressed by those with power. But the Kana of her new world had such connections.
"If Kana says so, then I won't bother with them anymore." Aoi looked a little dejected for not being able to go all out once again.
"Don't pout. You sticking up for me made me very happy. Thank you, Aoi." Kana said with a smile as she continued her way to the dorms.
In another part of the academy, a young man tossed the cup in his hand to the floor as he angrily pointed at the fat cat in front of him: "What do you mean she refused? Does she not know who I am!?"
The fat cat shivered as he quickly said: "Young Master, I told her that your family was very influential throughout the capital and that it would be in her best interest for her to see you, but she seemed to not care, and then some weird bug with amazing powers began hitting me with water spells."
"A little water, and you run back here like a fucking chicken? Even the damn chicken race would not run away as fast as you did! But at least you brought me a little bit of good news. So it is this little bug of hers that has all the power. No wonder she was able to do what she did. Go bring some men and capture this little bug and that slut. I will make her my woman whether she likes it or not!" The young man gave out his order before walking out of the room, slamming the door behind him.
The fat cat lifted his head and sneered inwardly as he yelled at the young man in his heart. "If you're so great, why don't you do this shit on your own? If not for you threatening me with my family, would I be willing to serve a bastard like you?"
Back on Kana's side, she finally reached her room and opened the door. Right as it opened, a figure that moved faster than lightning had already wrapped its arms around Kana, hugging her tightly. "Goddess Kana, your back!"
Kana smiled and rubbed the top of Kiliffia's head. "I'm back. How are you feeling?"
"Much better. But Goddess Kana, I have to ask you something." Kiliffia said while blushing. She brought her mouth close to Kana's ear and asked: "Someone visited me in the middle of the night. She seemed to be a nine-tailed fox. She told me while I was in dire straits and in need of water that you ummm… You... Put your thing against my mouth and made me drink your…."
"That fucking perverted goddess!" Kan yelled out in anger.
