Julian was done with his Legacy Roll quest, so after arriving in the outside pavilion with Almond, he used it while sharing it with him.
“Go, let’s see what you get,” Almond said, his eyes curious as he was eager to know what this would give to Julian while he was also thinking of a scheme to make his plan come to fruition about raiding S-rank dungeons.
An interface with a lever attached to the rolling machine with one rectangle section appeared.
Julian pulled the lever as per the instruction he got and the section started flickering with mysterious and cool symbols.
They flickered fast but then gradually slowed down before finally stopping on a symbol with a big purple sword pattered with black esoteric markings, and a pair of dashing muscled arms holding its handle with both hands, arched in a way that made it look like a downward slash of devastation.

After Julian finished writing down the method, Almond took a look at it, and his eyes shone. “Bruh, what the fuck?! That result you wrote, is it real?”

“That’s why, you can simply erase the levels, and just give them the first three levels or something,” Julian grinned. “Every three levels is a major quirk development, so that’ll work.”
“That’s true, but I’ll give them the first level only. Even the first level gives an innate trait that permanently boosts their Strength by 10%, so that’s enough…unless someone sees through it,” Almond cheekily said.
“…well, yeah, that is certainly not false. A permanent 10% boost in strength is not small,” Julian nodded. “Anyway, do as you see fit with it. I’ll go tell Roken to craft me some heavy swords and a heavy object and start my training.”
“Yeah, go. I’m also going after contacting Admiral Rudra,” Almond said as his eyes glinted with a grin still on his face. “It’s time to hold a meeting with seniors.”

Julian left while Almond’s call connected to Admiral Rudra who soon picked it up.
Looking at his hologram, Almond saw that he was with a few people in the meeting, talking to someone to his right.
A second later, he turned to Almond and said, “Alright, brat, tell me, have you finished thinking of a scheme?”
“A perfect scheme with a juicy chip,” Almond smiled.
“What is it?” Admiral Rudra asked as he formed a barrier around him.
“Nah, I’ll keep you in surprise. For now, can you gather all leaders who have an S-rank dungeon in their territory for a live meeting?”
“They won’t reject considering you are someone who sold so many legendary items as long as I say you have something more interesting than that.”
“Go ahead, because this is certainly way more interesting than that,” Almond grinned.
“I guess I’ll hold onto my curiosity for now,” Admiral Rudra smiled and nodded. “I’ll contact them asap and give you a meeting time.”
“As soon as possible, please. I want to start raiding dungeons.”
