Axel yelled in excitement after he noticed that his power level had increased drastically from eating Allen’s cooking.
Axel hoped that his future teammates from the heroes’ party would have a cook job instead of just a normal swordsman job. After all, he knew the potential of his skill. All he needed to become stronger was just to eat the flesh of living entities.
It was quite a broken growth type skill and Axel was going to take advantage of that. Although, he knew that he would need to eat the flesh of demon lords instead of normal living entities since if he did, he wouldn’t have that much explosive growth in his strength.
The only reason why his power level jumped from Low Realm Initial Stage to Mid Realm Intermediate Stage was thanks to eating the flesh of a compressed Eater Of World.
So it was all thanks to Realius for compressing the Eater Of Worlds at the size of an elephant so Axel could receive more stats than usual. It was also Allen’s credit that Axel didn’t have to force him to eat such a disgusting creature since Allen’s cooking could make even the most disgusting ingredients known to exist into a delicious meal.
In his mind, Axel knew that he had to thank Realius and Allen for his explosive increase in strength. Even if Axel was arrogant, it didn’t mean that he was stupid and ungrateful. He knew when and where he could be arrogant and when and where he could not.
For him, it was only logical to not be arrogant in front of beings that are much more powerful than him unless those beings were his enemies. But in this case, Allen and Realius weren’t his enemies so he wouldn’t dare to be arrogant towards them.
As for John… it was best not to also be arrogant. After all, John was stronger than Realius in his past regression so even if John was currently weaker than him, it didn’t stop John from being unable to use his authority toward him so Axel dare not to be arrogant.
After all, he knew he was currently the weakest in the chat group and that even Chaos and John were stronger than him. But, he had one of the best growth rates in the chat group. So Axel wasn’t that worried about his current status in the chat group.
So what if they were stronger than him? It doesn’t mean he couldn’t surpass them in the future. But he also knew that it didn’t mean that his fellow chat group member’s strength wouldn’t increase so if it regarded in improving his strength, Axel dare not slack off.
Because of that, Axel swore in his heart that he would become stronger by eating! Especially when the one who cook the food was none other than the admin of the chat group!
When Axel was thinking of that inside his mind, John also had some thoughts in his mind. John knew that he wasn’t the only one who had problems regarding their everyday life in the chat group.
After all, John was also a leader in his past regressions so he had quite the intuition when it came to his fellow members. He had noticed that Axel was motivated to do something and from his observation, it might be because of Axel’s explosive growth in strength.
Although John knew that he was surpassed in strength by Axel, he wasn’t envious of Axel’s explosive growth instead, he was happy for him. After all, he knew there was no point in being envious of other people’s success, and instead of being envious of them, he should be happy for them.
John had witnessed a lot of tragedy during the apocalypse such as humans showing their true colors and them proving that they were the incarnations of the seven deadly sins. So for John, it was best to prevent himself from committing the seven deadly sins lest he became the same as those disgusting humans in his homeworld.
With that in his mind, John continued eating the remaining food on his plate as he thought of taking another portion of the Eater Of World meat barbecue after he finished eating all his portions.
As for Realius, he also had some problems in his mind. He still couldn’t forget about Lai Fu Regulus who had harmed him to the point he was near death’s door. If it wasn’t for his status as being his universe’s protagonist, Realius knew that he wouldn’t have been able to survive.
It was all because of fate that he had still lived to tell the tale. But Realius wasn’t as weak as he was before. In the past, he was only at Perfection Realm Initial Stage and Lai Fu Realius was at Transcendent Realm Initial Stage.
The gap between their power level was a major realm so it was understandable for Realius to lose against Lai Fu. But, what made Realius proved his status as a protagonist was the fact that he was also able to injure Lai Fu Regulus to the point that he was also near death’s door.
So, Realius wasn’t that worried about Lai Fu taking revenge against him in the future. Not only was Realius stronger than before, but he also had the backing of the powerhouses within the chat group which are Seref Zenchi and Hugo Barnett.
He would even dare Lai Fu to take his revenge against him with Seref Zenchi and Hugo Barnett as his backing. But Realius also knew that Lai Fu wasn’t dumb enough to attack him when he had the backing of a Universe Realm Peak Stage Powerhouse and Transcendent Realm Intermediate Stage Powerhouse so Realius planned to take advantage of it.
During the time Lai Fu couldn’t take his revenge against him, Realius planned to train himself during that period. With that in his mind, Realius continued eating the Eater Of World meat barbecue.
As for Allen, he also had some problems of his own but for now, he didn’t bother
thinking about his problems. He was here to take a vacation.
Allen will just let his future self handle all the problems.
