Allen asked Deus to handle that task since he was sure that it was within Deus’ capabilities. Even if Deus couldn’t finish that sub-task, at least Deus wouldn’t just sit around and do nothing during the Main Task.
So even if Deus couldn’t finish it, there would still be a considerable amount of progress during the completion of that sub-task. And besides, it wasn’t like Allen wouldn’t help in that sub-task as well since he didn’t have anything to do. It was not like he would just wait for the Heretic Gods to appear at his doorstep and kill them.
Allen was certain that when he converted countless living beings into a believer of Zenchianism, that would be the time that those Heretic Gods would be alerted by their action and the Heretic Gods would likely eliminate them at that time.
So completing the second sub-task would allow them to attract the attention of the Heretic Gods, therefore completing the third sub-task by defeating those Heretic Gods.

Deus was confident that even if he can’t form a friendly relationship with Distere, he would at least prevent them from being enemies. After all, the first sub-task required them to invite Distere into the chat group so if that task failed, then completing the rest of the sub-tasks would be pointless.

While @Twin Tail Goddess and I will do all of the tasks, especially the first sub-task.]

Allen was confident that he could persuade Distere into joining the chat group with his <Supreme> talents such as <Supreme Negotiator> and <Supreme Friend>.
He could easily make himself approachable to Distere and let Distere think of him as a friend using his <Supreme Friend> talent. And with his <Supreme Negotiator> talent, he could further improve his chances of making Distere into a member of the chat group by alluring him with the benefits of joining the Alternate Multiverse Chat Group.
So with that in mind, Allen was confident that he could easily finish all of that sub-task except for the third sub-task since he would have to rely on his <[Absolute Order]> authority to kill those Heretic Gods.
That was why he needed John’s assistance in dealing with those Heretic Gods and Iris’ help as well. After all, he didn’t underestimate Iris’ capabilities and he was well aware that Iris could defeat a Perfection Realm Intermediate Stage by herself as long as she was given enough time.

John and Deus responded to Allen as they both agreed with Allen’s assignment regarding the sub-tasks that they had to complete. For them, the sub-task that Allen had assigned to them was within their capabilities so they didn’t disagree with his assignments.
