“Hahaha! Your idea of selling our rolled SSR characters was successful! We earned 11 million dollars! To think that bastard even updated his game just to remove the trade function and gift function! I wonder what his expression was when he found out that their profits for the week plummeted?”
Asther laughed heartedly as he was beside Allen’s side, watching Allen check the update notification of the gacha game that was developed by the <Supreme Game Developer> plastered on the monitor of Allen’s computer.
“I dare say that it would be impossible for the <Supreme Game Developer> not to report this to the Supreme Academy. I wonder what his expression would be when he found out that the soon-to-be <Supreme Luckster> is my brother and him losing millions of profit for his game in a week was because of my revenge against him?”
To say that Asther was happy was an understatement. Not only did he manage to get his revenge against the <Supreme Game Developer>, but he also managed to help Allen indirectly spread his name as the Supreme Luckster to the Supreme Academy.
Also, Asther didn’t ask for any split from the 11 Million dollars from their profits from selling the SSR characters since he said that it was Allen’s idea and his luck that managed him to get all the SSR characters, so he got to keep the money.
Asther even said that having his revenge against the <Supreme Game Developer> was already more than enough for him since he was beyond happy knowing that he managed to force the <Supreme Game Developer> to update his game just to deal with their shenanigans.
“Are you sure I get to keep all of the money? You do know that 11 Million dollars are quite a huge sum of money. Even if I worked my ass off at those part-time jobs that I have in my entire lifetime, I wouldn’t be able to earn that much.”
Allen asked Asther yet again since he didn’t want Asther to have any regrets. He owed Asther too much that he didn’t even mind if Asther kept all of the profits from selling the SSR characters since, for him, money wasn’t that much needed as long as he could repay Asther the favor he owed him.
“Don’t sweat it too much. That amount of money is nothing. I have like billions of dollars in my bank account and my inventions earn at least a hundred million dollars or more.”
Asther assured Allen that he didn’t need the money that they obtained from the gacha game since, for him, such an amount of money was nothing. Asther could literally earn ten times the amount of money they earned this week from selling the SSR characters with just a single invention of his.
So Asther didn’t even bat an eye to the amount of money that Allen obtained from the gacha game. And since it was all of his elder brother’s work in earning that money and his idea as well, he didn’t mind him having all that money since he did nothing.
“Well, if you say so, now that you have witnessed my <Supreme> ability, do you now believe the authenticity of it?”
Allen asked Asther, and Asther nodded in response.
“If you get 11 SSR characters in the first roll, even if it’s almost impossible to do so, it can still be called a coincidence. But for you to do that countless times in a row, then it’s no longer a coincidence but proof that you indeed have great luck.”
“Don’t worry. For I will do anything I can with my current authority to persuade the Supreme Academy to admit you as a student there. The Supreme Academy owed me a favor, so even if I am lying to them that the <Supreme Luckster> talent exists, they will still send someone to inspect the authenticity of it. So you can easily get into the Supreme Academy as the <Supreme Luckster> with my recommendation.”
Asther assured Allen that as long as he recommended him to the Supreme Academy, they would without a doubt accept him as a student of their academy as long as they determined that Allen’s <Supreme Luckster> talent was genuine.
And since it was, it was pretty much a guarantee that Allen would earn the <Supreme Luckster> title as the first generation of the <Supreme Luckster> talent and also become a student of the Supreme Academy.
With that in mind, Asther left Allen’s house in a hurry so that he could recommend his elder brother to the Supreme Academy as fast as possible. After all, who wouldn’t be proud when their sibling achieved something worthy of amazement?
That was why Asther would do anything within his power and capabilities to secure the <Supreme Luckster> talent for Allen and to make him become a student of the Supreme Academy.
After leaving Allen’s house, Asther vanished in an instant, as Allen knew that his younger brother used his teleportation bracelet again.
After closing the door of his house after witnessing Asther’s departure, Allen headed back to his room. Allen had already quit school since he couldn’t stand the amount of abuse he received from not only his classmates but also his teachers.
And even if his classmates didn’t insult him and acted friendly toward him, he knew that they were just faking it so that they could befriend him and have a connection with the <Supreme Inventor>.
The reason why his former classmates didn’t even physically bully him and only did it verbally was that they were afraid of his backer, who was his younger brother. After all, his younger brother was the <Supreme Inventor>. Not to mention, even if his younger brother wasn’t the <Supreme Inventor>, both of their parents were still executives of the Supreme Academy.
So his former classmates only verbally abused him because, as long as no one snitched on them, they wouldn’t be held accountable due to lack of evidence.
