After waiting for an hour, it was finally 7:40 in the morning which meant that Allen and Iris needed to arrive there before 8 AM.
“Iris, it’s time to go to school.”
Allen reminded her as he patted her shoulder to wake her up. Iris had slept since she was bored waiting for an hour for school to start.
And as an IA, Iris can easily control whenever she wanted to be in sleep or awake mode. Like how anyone can easily turn on and off the power of their electric gadgets. That was how easy for IAs to control their sleep.
So when Allen patted her shoulder to wake up, her body jolted as she was instantly awakened. Opening her eyes, she noticed that Allen’s chin was too close to her line of sight, and feeling the soft and moist sensation on her forehead, she knew that Allen kissed her on her forehead to awaken her.
Although, Iris knew that he didn’t need to since she had already awakened when he had patted her shoulder and she knew Allen kissed her forehead despite knowing that just to tease her.
“Oh? You are awake?”
Iris noticed that Allen asked her that confusedly with his <Supreme Drama> and <Supreme Actor> talents activated. So even if his acting was too good to the point that his expressions were genuine, she still knew that Allen was teasing her.
It was her intuition as the possessor of the <Absolute Beauty> talent.
Since Iris possessed the <Absolute Beauty> talent and she was a female as well, then it meant that she was technically the <Absolute Female Beauty>.
And since females have high EQ which was the reason why they have what was dubbed as “a woman’s sixth sense”, then it also meant that she has absolute intuition especially when it came to her lover.
Because of that, Iris dared to claim that there would be nothing that Allen could ever hide in front of her even with his <Supreme Order> talent since compared with a <Absolute> talent, a <Supreme> talent was nothing.
With that thought in her mind, she decided to just put up with Allen’s teasing. It was not like she didn’t like that side of him considering she was also similar to Allen who seek solace in a twisted and corrupt world such as their world.
If good was omnipresent, so was evil. Because of that, there was no such thing as a fair and just world that would be free from evil and the same went for a world without good since the concept of those two existed because of each other’s coexistence.
Without evil, no one would be able to know the concept of good since there wouldn’t be anything that could be used as a comparison to know if something was good or not.
And because of that, Allen and Iris knew that it was almost impossible for them to find a world without evil and corruption. So instead of finding something that was nigh impossible to find, the two of them unanimously decided that they would just seek each other’s comfort and solace.
“Master Allen, stop teasing me. Are we going to school or not?”
Iris responded to him with a pout that wasn’t left unnoticed by him which prompted him to tease her further as he patted her head.
“Don’t worry, we can go to school now if you want or not. Either way, we still need to attend school at least just for this day so that both of us will have an alibi when the spy gadgets incident will happen during the activation of the Anti-Spy 2000.”
Allen assured her as he reminded her that whether the two of them liked it or not, they still had to attend their class so that both of them will have an alibi.
It was not like both of them needed to graduate from their class since with their <Supreme> talents, they were more than qualified to take on the respective profession their <Supreme> talent held.
“I know, Master Allen. But is it really this important to be this cautious? With your current power, even taking all of the <Supremes> in a life and death battle would still make the outcome of that battle in your favor”
Iris asked him since she didn’t know the point of him doing all of this when he could just defeat all of the <Supremes> or even eliminate all of the living beings in his world.
Except for her, of course, since even Allen can’t defeat her due to her <<Absolute Invulnerability>> skill. Not like Allen even planned on defeating her, except for their battle on the bed of course since it will hurt his pride as a man to be defeated by Iris in bed.
“Iris, there are two reasons for that.”
Allen started the introduction of his upcoming explanation to her as he raised his hand in a peace hand sign or number two hand sign which in this situation, meant him symbolizing it as the two reasons.
“The first reason is because of the possibility that there are hidden powerhouses in this world that even all the <Supreme> talents in my <Supreme Order> talent didn’t manage to detect.”
“You already know that the possibility of an anomaly in this world being present isn’t unlikely. After all, I am one of such an anomaly and my existence alone proved that such a possibility isn’t unlikely.”
“Although I doubt there would be another protagonist in this world considering I am this world’s protagonist but what’s stopping this universe from producing an anomaly that counters me? An anomalous villain, perhaps?”
Allen explained to Iris the first reason for his actions which made Iris firmly believe that he was too cautious. Although, she knew that he was too cautious because it also concerned her safety and that was why he even granted her an ability at the expense of his wish.
When Allen and Iris had finished their night session for their first time eating the forbidden fruit together, Allen revealed the reason for her power up which of course made her love Allen more to a VERY dangerous level.
“Master Allen, what about the second reason?”
Iris asked him since whatever it was, she wouldn’t hesitate to support him in his actions even at the expense of her life.
