Chapter 44- Competition
Dave immediately qualified for the finals without a sweat.
He just went where Susan was and sat with her.

“This round will have the same rules as the previous round. Pick your number on the box to see who will be your opponent”. Lina said.
Rose and the other 23 students pick up their number. Rose saw that she was number 3 and her enemy was a student from section C.
He had the same height as Dave but his skin was black. He was good at fighting with bare hands and he went all out just to reach this level.
He was Orlando and he was the son of a baron.
Orlando’s physique was strong and he is good at hand-to-hand combat. Orlando didn’t expect that the princess would be his enemy but he didn’t want to surrender as he loves to fight and it was his chance to become famous.
Rose on the other hand was calm and from the start, she didn’t even pull out her sword. Many notice her strength as she just punches her enemy and defeats them with ease.
Aside from her strength, they didn’t want to provoke her as she was a princess.
Every student went on stage to start the fight.
Rose knew that not many would surrender now as they were near the finals and to have a chance to get the slot to the top 10.
Everyone went to their respective stages. Many looked at Rose’s stage as they wanted to see her full strength.

The referee said as the battle began. Orlando bowed at the princess and said, “Sorry to offend you, princess, I hope you gave me a good fight”
Rose smiled and said, “I hope you can take many punches from me”
She was known as a tyrannical princess and she liked to fight.
Rose shoots toward Orlando with her fist. Orlando dodges as he knows her strength.
Boom!
The impact of Rose’s strength was explosive and many professors and even the principal were shocked as they can now feel the power of the princess.
“I didn’t know that the emperor had another genius child”. Julius said as he was happy that they can maybe win again in the school competition.
Orlando’s face was full of sweat. Since he was a child, he used to kill a tiger just by using his fist and they said that he had a bestial physique, and he can be unmatched by people of the same level. He thought that the princess may be only at the same level as him, but he didn’t expect that she would surpass him.
As he was thinking, he felt an attack on his back, but he didn’t have time to dodge as he was hit by her fist.

He was blown away from the stage, but his body didn’t receive severe injuries as Rose controlled her strength.
The referee immediately speaks, “Winner, Rose Oragon”
Many clapped their hands as their fight became the highlight because the princess’s strength can be on par with 4th-year students, and it gave them a big shock.
The other students from the other schools who were watching in the crowd were also surprised but they expected it as she was a princess, and she had many resources for her to reach this level.
The other professors and the principal knew that they were spying on them, but they didn’t care as they wanted to make them nervous as they could see the strength of their students.
It was just a competition but the principals were treating it as war because it represents the image of the academy.

The other students have already finished fighting and the top 10 of 1st year to 4th year have already been selected. Dave directly got on top 10 without fighting and many knew that he was lucky. The last time they knew Dave’s level was at Grandmaster and it had only been 2 weeks since he started school so they thought his strength would be on the Low-tier King level.
40 students would be fighting for the 10 slots of who would represent the school. Dave gained many sin points and all of it was almost from Envy.
