No one tried to provoke them after that happened. The news of the Guardian’s son at the academy was now circulating everywhere.
They thought that Dave didn’t need to go to the academy as he had the best instructor in their mansion but Dave was bored so he did.
They also heard that he hooked up the Princess and Duke’s daughter as his girlfriend.

1 hour later, everyone was now in the arena and all the staff of the school was also watching.
The principal would be the judge of the competition.
In the first round, only those who were in the same year will fight until they have a top ten.
After the top ten were chosen, then all of them from 1st year to 4th year will fight and choose ten candidates who will represent the school.
In other schools, they only chose 4th-year students as they were the strongest but the Dragon Academy gave everyone a chance to show their powers to them.
Actually, Dragon Academy was the champion last year because they had the 4th prince Roger, Rose’s brother who was good at using fire attacks.
He already graduated and is now helping his father in managing the empire.
The Emperor had 4 sons and 1 daughter. The other 3 sons were already managing their kingdom and only Roger was always accompanying his father as he was the youngest son.
There are also rumors that he will be chosen as the crown prince.

Back in the tournament, the referee would be Lina and every student was having a draw to choose their opponent.
There were a total of 1,000 participants and most of them were 4th-year students.
All of them wanted to get the opportunity as it was their last year in the Academy.

The number of first-year students was 200 and all of them will have to draw their numbers.
If you get no.1, then your enemy would be number 200. It would be a mirror mirror.
It doesn’t mean that if you lose one battle you are already disqualified. The principal and other professors will choose students who show potential even if they lose so they can have a chance to challenge the top 10.
Lina went on the stage and spoke, “I was glad that many were excited to join the competition to represent the Academy. You can now all step forward to pick your numbers”.
All of the contestants pick up their numbers on the box. Dave also went to pick his number and he saw that his number is no.1.
He didn’t expect that he would be the one who would fight first. Rose was number 50 so her opponent would be number 150.
Dave didn’t even bother to look for his opponent as he can defeat them without moving.
After they had taken their numbers, Lina spoke again, “Please go to your corresponding arena and you can see your opponents there.”
There are many arenas prepared for everyone. Dave was not worried about Rose as her strength is already at the Peak-tier King. He was sure that she would easily get a slot in the top 10.
Dave walked towards his corresponding arena and saw who would be his enemy. It was a woman whose height is 180 cm and she was a beauty. She had brown hair that reached her shoulder.
She looked at Dave in surprise and they heard the referee on the stage said, “Start”
The fight in some arena was already starting but Dave still didn’t make his move as his enemy also still didn’t do anything. Dave saw that many were looking at his arena to observe the Guardian’s son’s strength.
