Abruptly, the first ancestor of the royal clan materialized before them, his appearance notably altered.

“What have you done to the first ancestor?”

The man with the black mask laughed and spoke, “Well, I just told him to join my cult, and he agreed, haha.”
“Tsk, seems the five failures are dead, useless,” he continued dismissively.
Then, he turned his attention to Wendy, recognizing her as the strongest presence.

The man with the mask commanded the first ancestor obediently complying.

She rushed to restrain the ancestor, but the man with the black mask intervened.

Wendy was taken aback; the man’s power felt far from ordinary, a threatening aura emanating from him.
“Who are you?”
She inquired, met with laughter.

He brushed off her question, restraining Wendy with ease.
Realizing any movement would be thwarted, Wendy couldn’t bear witnessing the ancestor’s potential massacre.

“Dave, can you restrain the first ancestor while I take care of this one?”
Through telepathy, Wendy sent a message to Dave, noticing that the first ancestor seemed to be targeting her father, the emperor.
She did not want to ask for his help, but the situation right now is very dire and all she could do was to ask for his help.

Ronin bowed in agreement and promptly vanished; his movements impossible to trace.

Andrei and Warren were thrown to the ground, overpowered by the ancestor-like youngsters.
“Damn, that old fogey was strong,” Andrei muttered, watching his shattered gourd with a sense of loss.

Warren said and both of them were in a dangerous situation.
The first ancestor regarded them with impassive eyes, conjuring power, readying to strike them down.
Despair gripped them, but hope emerged as a man with black hair materialized behind the first ancestor.
A swift strike to the nape and the first ancestor lost consciousness, collapsing to the ground.

Ronin seized the fallen body and briefly glanced at the emperor and Andrei.
“What? Who are you?”
They were busy being occupied by the first ancestor, so they did not see him appear beside Dave.
Greetings were dismissed as Ronin vanished from the scene.

“Excellent work. You can depart and undertake the mission I assigned earlier. Remember to complete it within three days.”
“Don’t bother with that ant, let my woman kill him hehe”
Ronin bowed in affirmation before vanishing once more.
