Chapter 343 -Purifying the curse
Dave had been making love to Freida for many hours, and finally, he found the consciousness hiding deep within the deepest part of Freida’s soul.
He discovered that it was a dark wisp, very small yet releasing a deadly energy. If ordinary people came into contact with it, they would be affected by the curse and die.
Dave scanned the dark wisp and learned that it was a part of Megicula’s soul.
The Avatar Misfortune Curse required Megicula to cut a portion of her soul, weakening her for many years.
However, she would recover as long as she successfully overtook the body of her target.
She could use the target to cultivate, and when the avatar reached a stronger level, she would devour it to become even stronger.
Despite being in close proximity to the soul, Dave was not affected by it. He continued to approach, observing its fear and attempts to escape.
“Trying to run?” Dave smiled and instantly captured the soul. It became even more scared, attempting to break free from his grasp, but it was in vain.
Dave used his skill and purified the soul, feeling it becoming more violent and stronger, with the potential to escape his grasp.

“Why are you here? Aren’t you already dead, master?”

The soul was shaking in fear, but it instantly vanished and disappeared inside Freida’s soul.

Dave disengaged from their intimate act and began to dress himself. Then, he carried Freida’s body to her room.
Gently placing her on the bed, Dave proceeded to clean and wipe her body. He refrained from any mischief and put pajamas on her, covering her with a blanket.
Finally, Dave lay down on the bed, embracing her. Despite not needing sleep, he decided to do so because he missed the feeling of sleeping.

The next morning, Freida opened her eyes and saw the familiar ceiling of her room.
She was stunned, remembering that she had been intimate with Dave, but she fell asleep due to tiredness.
She suddenly felt relaxed, as if all the weight she had been carrying since birth had disappeared.
She noticed that she was wearing pajamas, and her body was clean.
Curiously, she looked at her soul and was astonished to see that it was different from before who was slowly being devoured by darkness, yet it now become brighter and larger than before.
“What?” she exclaimed.
Then, a rush of information entered her mind, causing her to have a headache for a moment. After a minute, everything became clear to her.

“Megicula?”
“True Demonic Curse Technique.”
She had learned everything about the curse and its creator.
Scared, she realized how terrifying the figure was, even though she had only caught a glimpse of the creator’s face.
The creator appeared as a beautiful woman with small horns on her forehead and purple eyes, much like Freida.
She was one of the most beautiful women Freida had ever seen.
She also saw a memory from the soul and learned that Megicula’s plan was to overtake her body and use it to rule the Immortal Plane, refining every living being to accelerate Megicula’s recovery.
Megicula had been injured and was recovering for millions of years, but it was still not fully healed.
Megicula had schemed many things, and that’s why she created the curse.
Freida also saw the last memory of the consciousness inside her and witnessed a handsome man with a shining light who purified the consciousness. She realized that it was Dave.

She opened her eyes and saw Dave’s handsome face looking at her with a warm smile.
“Good morning, my cute Freida,” Dave greeted, kissing her forehead and hugging her sexy body.
“You’re beautiful even when you’ve just woken up. Let’s start the next round.”
Dave knew that she would have learned everything, but he didn’t care and didn’t give her time to react as they started another hot and passionate session.
Freida was stunned, but she remembered seeing Dave eradicating the soul inside her, which made her feel warm and grateful.
Meanwhile, the maids who were sleeping woke up, feeling tremors and an earthquake-like sensation, but they couldn’t find the source of it.
