Dave nodded approvingly and replied, “Not bad.” He was impressed, though he refrained from expressing it too strongly in front of Ryan.
Suddenly, a brilliant light enveloped the boar’s corpse, revealing a token that materialized before them.
“A token!” Ryan exclaimed, dashing forward to claim it.
Dave realized that they needed to slay beasts in order to acquire tokens.
