The disciples felt the pressure emanating from him increase by dozens of times. Their eyes widened in shock. “Scythe Intent? How is that possible? Wasn’t Sword the main weapon of Shen Yuan?” the short man shouted while taking out a pair of daggers.
Yao Shuo looked deeply at Shen Yuan. “You hid yourself deeply. Who could have expected that Sword was just a front for you? Your true abilities lie with Scythe.”
Shen Yuan flexed his scythe before saying, “Is Scythe really my main weapon?” He smirked before continuing, “Who knows? It might not be, or it might be.”
Yao Guang unsheathed his sword, “Enough bluffing, your Scythe Intent has already reached the Fourth Level, only the top geniuses of Divine Grade sects have managed to do that with their primary intents.”
“Yet here I am, a genius far above all those whom you have encountered or heard of,” Shen Yuan calmly said, as if stating a fact.
“Hah! Quite bold words when you haven’t even left the Aurora Zone.” The short man shouted before he shot forward like an arrow released from a bowstring, his daggers releasing a dark, sinister light.
“Take this, arrogant brat!” he snarled, thrusting forward both daggers simultaneously.

Shen Yuan met the daggers effortlessly, his scythe sweeping upward in an arc, sending sparks flying as the weapons clashed fiercely. He calmly looked at the short disciple, whose aura surged suddenly.
“Third Level Dagger Intent! And First Level Darkness Intent!” the short disciple growled, pushing forward even more viciously.
Shen Yuan frowned slightly, adjusting his stance as the darkness seeped into the attacks. Just as he was about to counterattack, a chill ran down his spine.
“Fan Intent, Third Level! Wind Intent, First Level!” The feminine man’s voice echoed crisply as he waved his folding fan, sending sharp wind blades slicing toward Shen Yuan from his flank.
