The disciple sank to his knees, despair filling his eyes. Shen Yuan stepped closer, towering over him with unmatched dominance.
“Please… spare me. It was a mistake!” the disciple pleaded desperately.
Shen Yuan merely gazed at him calmly, devoid of mercy. “Spare you? Tell me, would you have spared Wan Ling or Lei Ranyu?”
The disciple’s eyes flickered with panic, struggling to form words.
Shen Yuan shook his head disdainfully. “Hypocritical coward. Perhaps it’s time the Thunder Cloud Sect learns another harsh lesson.”
As his words fell, Shen Yuan’s aura flared intensely, water Qi swirling around him ominously, pressuring the disciple into silence.
Outside, Wan Ling and Lei Ranyu had paused, sensing a slight disturbance in the distance.
Lei Ranyu frowned, looking around cautiously. “Did you sense something?”
Wan Ling frowned slightly before sensing carefully, but she soon shook her head. “No, is there something wrong?”
Lei Ranyu doubtfully said, “Maybe it was my imagination. Anyway, let’s hurry up. I know of an inheritance ground here. We can complete a few trials to get heavenly treasures there.”

His head dropped to the ground, while Shen Yuan dispersed his Water Prison Formation. “Hmm, good, good, learning the sealing formation was a good choice.” Shen Yuan nodded to himself.
He had learned a few more techniques from the various Cultivation Techniques he had learned during his time in front of the Wall of Comprehension.
