The elders chuckled seeing her face while the disciples quickly turned their faces away. Grand Elder only shook her head as the Sect Leader had already informed her about the nature of Shen Yuan’s relationship with the women around him.
“Y-Yuan’er! What are you doing? Everyone was looking at us!” She shyly reprimanded him.
“Haha, what happened? I’m just happy at your successful breakthrough.” He laughingly asked.
Bing Rong exhaled a long breath and shook her head helplessly, “Nothing can be done about you.”
He smiled and looked at the ice around him, “Well, this is pretty solid. Looks like your bloodline also improved.”
She gently nodded her head, “Yes, during my breakthrough my bloodline seemed to have improved as well.”
Shen Yuan looked at her eyes and hair, of which the color seemed to have become more ethereal. “From the looks of it, your Ancient Frost Phoenix Bloodline will reach the peak of the Mortal World as you continue to advance.”
Bing Rong nodded her head and snuggled closely to him, “Hmmm, you chased me away the last time I was about to spend time with you.”
Shen Yuan helplessly smiled, “Well, I had something important to do, but hey, we are free for the entire trip.” He hugged her closer for a while before he whispered in her ear, “I won’t let you stay in peace once we leave this place.”
Bing Rong’s eyes turned red all the way to her back as she hurriedly said, “Un cough, we should go now, it isn’t good to let the grand elder wait outside.”

Knock Knock
The two of them turned to look at the knocking sound. Outside, Huo Rong was looking at them teasingly while pointing at her back.
Shen Yuan traced her finger and realized that Mei Hua had arrived and was looking in their direction with a small smile.
Bing Rong hurriedly removed her ice barrier and lightly bowed toward Mei Hua in greeting. Shen Yuan followed suit and lightly bowed.
Mei Hua’s gentle voice floated from beside the Grand Elder, “I really thought you would miss this competition Yuan’er. Just like the last time.”
Shen Yuan rose up and said with an amused tone, “How can I miss such a grand event?” His gaze landed upon Wan Ling who was just behind Mei Hua.
‘Oh? So she was with Sect Master,’ Just then, he noticed her unstable aura, his eyes became sharp as he observed her closely, ‘Damn, she also broke through to the Dao Core Forming Realm?’
Wan Ling stuck her tongue out at him after feeling his gaze on herself. Shen Yuan chuckled and looked back at Mei Hua who was silently gazing between him and Wan Ling.
“Cough, now that you two are done, go and board the ship, the other 8 core disciples will go with you guys as well.” She straightened her back and said.
Shen Yuan turned his gaze and looked at the disciples looking at him with curiosity and wonder at how casually he talked with the Sect Leader.
Shen Yuan nodded at them and looked behind at Huo Rong and Bing Rong, “Shall we go now?”
Huo Rong shook her head, “I won’t be accompanying you there, a lot of elders are already leaving and there is too much work to do here. But Bing Rong will keep you company.”
She mischievously smiled and went behind Bing Rong and hugged her, “And do go easy on her hehe.” Bing Rong’s face exploded with redness and deathly ice spikes formed from the ground behind her.
Huo Rong smirked and lit up flames beneath her feet to neutralize the ice and jumped away, “Hehe, I will go now, take care.” With that, she vanished from her place in a blur of flames.
Shen Yuan helplessly shook his head looking at Huo Rong’s antics while Bing Rong took a few deep breaths before calming her churning aura. “Hmph, I will take care of her next time.”
Shen Yuan extended his hand towards her, “Well, let’s go up the ship now, everyone has already boarded it.”
Bing Rong looked around and saw that only the Sect Leader was standing there, looking at her with amusement. She quickly took Shen Yuan’s hand and jumped on the ship.
Mei Hua looked up at the ship, smilingly she said, “Don’t disappoint me now Shen Yuan.”
Shen Yuan turned around and grabbed the railing of the ship, “Haha, just wait for my good news.”
The other disciples looked at him speechlessly; they could feel that he had the lowest Cultivation Base among all of them, as the weakest among them were at the 6th level of the Dao Core Forming Realm except Wan Ling.
He smiled at them before turning around to Wan Ling, “Ling’er you also broke through?”
Wan Ling happily skipped over to him and nodded her head, “Un, I broke through just a couple of days ago after the Sect Leader gave me a heavenly treasure to consume.”
He smiled and patted her head, “She is really treating you like the little Queen of the sect huh.”
She cheekily nodded, “Hehe, if I’m the Queen then you are my King as well.”
Shen Yuan laughed and pinched her nose. “Look who is getting all smug huh.”
“Everyone,” Grand Elder’s voice echoed once everyone had settled down on the ship, “All of you should head inside and take a room, since there are only a few of you, you can choose whichever room you like. There are hundreds of rooms here.”
The disciples looked at each other and nodded, “And get ready for the competition, I heard it was delayed and we now have another week. So we will travel slowly and reach that place in a week exactly, take this time to get in your peak condition.”
Everyone’s eyes lit up with surprise as they nodded and hurriedly went inside the pagoda-type structure at the center of the ship.
Shen Yuan was no exception as he went there together with Wan Ling and Bing Rong who was following behind him, still flustered about what happened before.
Grand Elder eyed their group but didn’t stop them even if she knew what they would do if they were left alone.

“Haaa…this room is cozy.” He jumped down on the bed and looked around the room.
It was quite a large room, with a double bed at the center and side tables on both sides. There was also a window view of the outside with a table there for eating. A set of chairs was placed at one side as well for resting.
Bing Rong and Wan Ling came and sat beside Shen Yuan. Observing the room with him,
Wan Ling took a moment to gather her thoughts and said, “This is my first time sitting in a flying ship, there was nothing like this back in my Wan Clan.”
Shen Yuan lightly smiled, “Well you travel in a flying ship whenever you want from now on.”
