In a flash, Brambleghast and other Pokemon were completely frozen, and the lower halves of Vine and her companions were tightly encased in a thick layer of ice crystals.

The opponent was an Ice-type Master. In Bai Ling's mind, it was impossible for the opponent to use Electric Terrain. He looked around in surprise, "Could it be that more people have arrived?"
But he didn't find any other figures, only a strange sight: it seemed to be snowing around Kyoto in summer.
