“Damn it, who exactly are you?” Immortal King couldn’t help but feel a surge of helplessness in his heart. If he continued fighting, he feared he wouldn’t be able to hold his ground.

The power of the laws surged around John, as multiple Immortal Arts and divine skills cascaded down in an endless torrent, instantly engulfing Immortal King’s body.
“Dammit!” Immortal King gritted his teeth, not daring to show any signs of carelessness. Flames gathered around him, forming a fire shield.
Boom, boom…
The flames raged, but in an instant, the fire shield shattered into pieces. Immediately, an overwhelming barrage of attacks poured down, engulfing his form.
Boom, boom…
The space trembled, cracks in the fabric of space appearing and quickly healing.
When the endless energy finally dissipated, Immortal King could no longer maintain his Dharmakaya form. The flames around him flickered and died down, revealing his battered physical body, half-kneeling on the ground.
“Cough!” He coughed up a mouthful of blood, his body trembling slightly as he swallowed the blood. Looking up at the terrifying giant before him, who seemed almost divine, he struggled to speak. “Human, I admit defeat.”
“Admit defeat?” John looked down at him, a look of disdain on his face as he coldly replied, “If you want to live, then swear allegiance to me.”
“Dream on! I am Immortal King, I would rather die than submit!” Immortal King’s face was filled with anger, clearly feeling deeply humiliated.
“Then die!” John sneered, too lazy to waste more words. He raised his hand, and four longswords soared into the air-the Four Extermination Swords.
With a thought, the four longswords shot forward.
Immortal King’s eyes widened in disbelief. He could clearly feel the terrifying murderous intent contained in the longswords. These were the Four Extermination Swords in their true form-far more lethal than the sword energy produced by the sword formation.
He knew he couldn’t possibly block them. Panicking, he pleaded, “Wait, I am willing to submit to you as my master.”
Buzz!
The four longswords came to a halt just an inch before him, their sharp sword intent almost piercing through his body, blood beginning to drip from his wounds.
He swallowed nervously, feeling a cold chill seep through his body, his soul trembling.
“Sign the soul contract,” John said coldly, his overwhelming Spiritual Power forcefully invading Immortal King’s mind.
Though Immortal King was unwilling, he didn’t dare resist in the slightest, for doing so would mean certain death.
John easily signed the soul contract with him, then turned his gaze toward the battlefield on the other side.
Boom! Boom!
John clenched his fists, and with two mighty punches, he sent both the Abyssbanshee and the Death Knight flying.
Both spat fresh blood as they crashed to the ground.
John’s cold voice rang out, “Swear allegiance to me, or die.”
Having seen Immortal King’s fate, both of them were filled with unwillingness but felt helpless. With bitter humiliation, they lowered their heads and voluntarily pledged allegiance to John.
From a distance, the demons and monsters watching this scene trembled in fear.
They had just been on the receiving end of John’s fists and kicks. A powerhouse like him could obliterate them in an instant if he wanted to.
“My lord, I too am willing to submit to you as my master.” One demon dropped to his knees, trembling all over.
“My lord, I too am willing to submit to you as my master…”
The others quickly realized what was happening and all knelt to the ground, bowing
repeatedly.
John, with a look of disdain, did not sign a soul contract with these beings, though he spared their lives.
“Godslayer, your power has increased again!” Sword Demon said in astonishment, his tone now more respectful. The title had even changed.
Sword Demon’s power was barely on par with a nine-star expert, and he knew he couldn’t even hope to defeat such an opponent, let alone kill them.
John’s power now far exceeded his own, and Sword Demon couldn’t help but admire him.
This space held hundreds of demons, but Jean and Nature God hadn’t been found among
them.
Could it be that they weren’t imprisoned here?
John furrowed his brow and turned to Immortal King, asking, “Is this all the prisoners held in
the Tower of Death? Have you seen an old man and a little girl?”
“An old man? A little girl?” Immortal King thought for a moment and quickly nodded. “Master, indeed, there were such two people. But they have already left this place.”
John hastily asked, “Not in the Tower of Death?”
“No,” Immortal King quickly shook his head. “They entered another level of the Tower of
Death.”
The Tower of Death had several levels, and this was just the first.
Immortal King cautiously asked, “Master, what is your relationship with those two?”
“Did you cause trouble for them?” John asked coldly.
Nature God and Jean weren’t strong enough to handle nine-star experts, and the Lord God realm beings here only had seven or eight stars of power.
“No, no,” Immortal King hurriedly waved his hands and explained, “Abyssbanshee really liked that little girl. We didn’t trouble them.”
“That’s right, Master,” Abyssbanshee quickly agreed, nodding her head.
She felt relieved that she hadn’t acted against the two of them at the time.
John’s expression finally softened, and he continued, “How do I get to the next level of the
Tower of Death?”
“This…” The group looked at each other, troubled.
Immortal King spoke up, “We don’t know how to enter the next level. However, the entrances
to other passageways open from time to time. The problem is, with so many powerful beings imprisoned in the Tower of Death, we dare not leave recklessly.”
“Are there beings stronger than you here?” John asked curiously.
Immortal King was a nine-star expert, and though his World-in-Hand had been destroyed,
his power was still not to be underestimated.
His expression grew serious as he nodded and replied, “It’s said that there is a ten-star
Emperor imprisoned here.”
He had been ruling over this place, so there was no need for him to take risks by entering other
areas.
“A ten-star Emperor?” John was taken aback and asked, “Can Senren deal with an Emperor? Is one of the four Emperors imprisoned here?”
Immortal King clarified, “No, not one of the current Emperors. It’s an Emperor from a long
time ago-Sea God. I don’t know much about him. When he rose to fame, I hadn’t even entered the Realm of Chaos yet.”
John frowned. This Dark City seemed to be even more terrifying than he had imagined.
Even if there was a ten-star Emperor here, he still had to find Jean and the others. However, according to Immortal King, the passageways leading to other levels of the Tower of Death opened randomly and transported people randomly.
A passage had just opened four months ago, and the next opening time was uncertain.
There were other ways to open these passages, but they were unaware of them.

from all directions.
“Senren, this isn’t over!” Medusa threw down the threat, not hesitating for a moment. She
turned and fled.

At the same time, a golden light ring descended, attempting to trap the group.
Senren sneered, grasping the void, and directly tore apart the golden light ring.
The Black Magicians rushed forward.
Medusa glanced over her shoulder at the approaching figures, unphased. Without hesitation,
she transformed into her true form-a massive golden serpent.
Medusa’s body shrank, and she swiftly slithered into the sewers.
This was the same method she had used to escape last time. Senren’s figure flashed, and leading the Black Magicians, he quickly reached the entrance to
the sewers.
“Hmph, Medusa, you won’t escape this time,” he said confidently, waving his hand. “Go after
her.”
He jumped into the sewers first, with the army of Black Magicians following closely behind.
A wave of rancid, decaying odors hit them head-on, and the occasional appearance of Dark
Rats added to the grim atmosphere.
However, the environment didn’t affect them in the slightest.
Senren locked onto Medusa’s scent and continued forward without hesitation.
Soon, they reached the end of the tunnel and found a snake skin, still drenched in blood.
The distinctive, bloody scent of the magical beast’s skin made the nearby Dark Rats wary and unwilling to approach.
“My lord, this was recently shed,” one of the Black Magicians stepped forward to examine it
and said.
Senren nodded. He had already suspected that Medusa would use this method to escape.
A cold smile appeared on his withered face beneath the black cloak as he closed his eyes and focused on sensing her.
“Follow me.” He opened his eyes again and swiftly proceeded down the labyrinthine,
winding sewers.
Meanwhile, in the dark corner of the sewer, Medusa remained in her true form, her body drenched in blood, and her breath shallow and weak.
“I was too careless. Without the crown, this transformation has caused far more harm than I
expected.” Her voice was filled with pain as she curled into a corner, slowly trying to recover. “Medusa, this time you won’t escape from my grasp!” Suddenly, a cold voice echoed through
the tunnel, and a terrifying presence locked onto her, quickly approaching.
It was Senren! Medusa’s expression changed, and she tried to flee, but it was already too late.
Whoosh!
A fierce wind howled as a dark figure shot toward her at incredible speed.
Boom!
With a loud crash, her massive body was sent flying backward, tumbling across the ground.
She transformed into human form and spat out a mouthful of blood.
She glared at the dark figure that had struck her, her expression filled with embarrassment,
and coldly remarked, “Ying, you actually allied with Senren!”
The shadow stood motionless, its face expressionless, offering no response.
At that moment, Senren and his army of Black Magicians arrived on the scene.
He sneered coldly. “Medusa, this time, I’m going to enjoy watching you try to escape.” Medusa swallowed nervously as the realization dawned on her. “You left a mark on me!”
