Naturally that included the chamber with the creepy but EXTREMELY powerful statue that was currently being used to rip the one tailed beast out of Gaara. On each of the statues fingers minus two there stood a shadowy sort of image of a shinobi as well as Deidara himself in the flesh. It was quite easy for me to tell all these shinobi were fueling the statue in it’s removal of the tailed beast from Gaara. I didn’t dare keep up my watching though as I also saw how Kakashi was struggling to keep Sasori and his puppets from getting to me.-
“Gaara is being held in a disguised chamber two miles that way, hurry as he is getting the one tailed beast taken out of him as we speak and if the process finishes he’ll immediately die.” I said seriously as I opened my eyes again and pointed the way.
Sasori’s chakra wavered as I spoke since i clearly touched on a sensitive piece of information. He immediately doubled down on trying to kill or bypass Kakashi but it was pointless. I flickered at top speed to the puppets like teleportation as I immediately appeared with my fist in mid swing above them. “BOOM!”-
The air and ground exploded alongside a good twenty puppets as I fully threw out my fist. The wind pressure blew away dozens of the rest as I recovered and drew back my arm again. Sasori quickly retrieved the surviving puppets in a panic to fly threw the air to surround me without grouping up. This merely annoyed me as it meant I had to put in extra effort to deal with all of them.
“I don’t have time for this. Multishadow clone jutsu!” I said as I formed a single hand sign and ten shadow clones of mine poofed into existence.
Even if their durability was abysmal my shadow clones otherwise had half my full strength each, not the restricted version I myself was currently using. I grabbed Kakashi and the others and flickered far away the moment after the clones had been summoned.
“Why are we running away!? You had that guy on the ropes!?” Naruto demanded in confusion.
“BOOOOOOOM!” the ground rumbled and shook as in the distance where we just were a massive crater opened up for nearly a mile in diameter from all of my clones launching a single punch at Sasori and his puppets.
“That a good enough reason?” I asked him with a raised eyebrow.
“W-what is that!?” Naruto asked a little fearfully.
“That is what happens when ten of my shadow clones through a punch at the same time at full strength. There is a very good reason I keep so many restrictions on my body at all times.” i said seriously.
“You mean to say that THAT was caused by pure taijutsu prowess?” Neji asked with narrowed eyes.
“More or less though reaching that level of physical strength requires a mix of nigh perfect genetics and perfect training in taijutsu. I imagine the closest anyone is to matching it is Guy here if he were to open that last gate.” I said with a nod.
“How is it that you have reached this point in that case?” Lee asked confused.
“I have a unique situation going on with my body, something that I can guarantee nobody else in the world has. It makes my body naturally at the apex of what is possible for my age and development. Thanks to chakra however my body is almost finished growing so my physical strength will not grow too much more.” I explained calmly.
They still had some questions but I told them to leave them alone until after we rescued Gaara. We hurried towards the chamber but were stopped by Itachi and Deidara who had come from the statue no doubt after the attack shook the place. The explosive shinobi tried to get us with a burrowing clay worm loaded with Explosion release chakra but I simple sent an massive amount of lightning chakra through the ground which neutralized it. I wasn’t subtle either when I did this so the blonde got a harsh look on his face.-
“You dare stand in the way of my art!?” he hissed angrily.
“Explosion release can be neutralized by lightning chakra due to it being mainly earth chakra in ratio. Kakashi, you deal with him as your skill set counters his while I handle Itachi, the rest of you go get Gaara.” I said and everyone did as I said.
Itachi and Deidara tried to stop the rescue team but Kakashi and I held them off seriously. Deidara was easily drawn away by Kakashi leaving merely Itachi and I behind to face each other.
“Would you like your eyes to remain intact or not after this? It’s the least I can do after all your service to the village.” I said calmly.
His eyes flicker around as if looking for something but I hold up my hand to stop him.
“If you are worried about that strange thing that can move through the ground undetected you need not. I left a mark on it long ago that will tell me if it’s anywhere nearby and there is no removing that mark as it is attached to every cell of the body.” I said and he looked surprised.
“I see. But if I am to die it should be by my brothers hand.” he said stoically.
“For the Eternal Mangekyou sharingan correct? Don’t look so surprised. There are records of Madara and his own Mangekyou that never lost their light. The process of obtaining them was vague but I deciphered it. Two people of close relation with the Mangekyou can take the eyes of the other to obtain eternal light, hence the name Eternal Mangekyou. If you intend to have Sasuke take your eyes however I’m afraid that is not likely to do him any good. He willingly turned traitor and once you are dead he will look for a new target to push his hatred and there is only one that could fit that description.” I said casually.
“Konoha.” he said flatly.
I nodded “Indeed. When he comes for the village however all he will meet is death at my hands. Though Naruto believes he can be saved I have no patience for true traitors and will not hesitate to end him.” I said looking Itachi right in the eyes.
