“He truly doesn’t miss any opportunity!”
He said, “Unfortunately, you cannot learn this yet.”
Feng Zheng showed a pensive expression and asked, “Why can’t I learn it now?”
Hiruzen replied, “To learn Flying Thunder God Technique, you need to meet two conditions. First, you need to become a Sealing Master. So, you need to go to our Library, learn every Sealing Technique, and be able to perform them with ease. In our Village, there are fewer than ten Sealing Masters.”
“Secondly, you need a talent for Space-Time Ninjutsu. Such talent is very rare. I only know of five Ninja in Konoha who possess this talent.”

Hiruzen was shocked again! He thought, “Am I too old to teach the new generation? Where did he learn about Sage Mode?”
Mieko and Hodaka looked at Feng Zheng with confused expressions.
“What is Sage Mode?”
Hiruzen asked, “Where did you learn about Sage Mode?”
Feng Zheng said, “I read about it on a scroll in the Library.”
Hiruzen wondered, “Has he read all the scrolls and books there?”
Hiruzen said, “Unfortunately, I cannot teach you, as I also do not know Sage Mode.”
Feng Zheng looked surprised and exclaimed, “Even you don’t know it? Then can you…”

Hiruzen was fed up with asking Feng Zheng what he wanted to learn. He was afraid of what Feng Zheng would request next. But before he could speak, Feng Zheng asked, “Hokage-sama, can you teach me the Wind Release Vacuum Ninjutsu series then?”
Hiruzen’s eyebrow twitched. He wondered, “Did he find those in the Library too?”
Feng Zheng looked at Hiruzen, thinking, “I knew I couldn’t learn Flying Thunder God and Sage Mode. Even if I could, I doubt he would just give me the scrolls or the guidance needed to learn them. Minato Namikaze probably got it because he was Jiraiya’s student.”
“But if I didn’t mention these two and went straight for Wind Vacuum Ninjutsu, he would likely refuse me because those Ninjutsu are too dangerous. But now that he has already refused me twice, he probably won’t refuse me again.”
“The only concern is whether he will ask Danzo to teach me. But looking at his Vacuum Palm, I bet he also knows Wind Vacuum Technique.
