Fleur found Weilan's question very strange.

Fleur didn't need to know that Circe and another Veela had tried to harm him. Weilan had nothing more to say.

Weilan lingered at the edge of the Forbidden Forest, and after discerning the correct path, he walked and said:
“That's Fleur's business; we have no right to decide for her.”
When Weilan and Ron returned to the Dragon enclosure, they found that the tall stands conjured by magic had all disappeared.
The three Dragons lay quietly in the enclosure, sound asleep.
Several Dragon handlers gathered around them with concern, seemingly discussing how to deal with these three Dragons.
The Hungarian Horntail had the most handlers around it. These handlers held Potions and were trying to wipe the Dragon's black scales.
Next to the Chinese Fireball, handlers were feeding it bloody fresh meat.
The tent remained in place, with many people going in and out of it.
Weilan heard a loud commotion from inside the tent from afar and felt that things were not good.
This was a magic tent, not the kind of tent commonly used by Muggles that can only fit a few people for the night.
Its interior space had been subjected to an Undetectable Extension Charm. The space inside was much larger than it appeared from the outside, and there were also many winding corridors and doors.
Several doors behind were now noisy.
Weilan heard that it was Beauxbatons, the Ministry of Magic's Department of Magical Games and Sports, Durmstrang, and Dragon handlers—a motley crew of people arguing fiercely.
By a corridor where sunlight streamed through, Weilan met Hermione.
Hermione immediately told them some very explosive news.
