“Thank you, savior.” The woman took the pill and swallowed it without any hesitation.

“I-I…I can’t believe that all the wounds on my body are completely healed without leaving a scar behind…Am I seeing things or does my skin look more beautiful than before?” The kind-hearted woman was surprised to find out that her skin had become more beautiful than before, and despite having not eaten for days for some reason she felt her body was full of energy.
After seeing that the kind-hearted woman had returned to her healthy state, with a calm voice Yuan said, “Now that your wounds have healed. It’s about time I remove the fetus from your womb and take you all out of the cave.”
“Please, remove that thing from my womb.”
“Alright. It will be difficult to remove it while standing, so please lie down on the floor.”
“I understood.” The kind-hearted woman nodded before lying down on the floor.

“Yuan, interesting name. I’m Leah, although our meeting isn’t an appropriate one it’s still nice to meet you.” The kind-hearted woman, Leah said with a blush on her face, as her naked body was on full display for Yuan.
Yuan smiled. “It’s nice to meet you too, Leah.”
Although the woman was quite beautiful, it doesn’t mean that he was attracted to her. For an ordinary person, she was the most desired woman but to Yuan, her looks were quite average.
However, the woman has earned deep respect from him with her kind-hearted nature, as a woman like her is very rare in this world where strong rule over the world.

“Mmm…! Leah let out a low groan as she felt a tad of pain in her womb before a thick red substance came out through her virginal hole and fell onto the floor.
Once the fetus was out of her womb, Yuan retrieved his hand from her stomach, and said, “All done. I’ve successfully removed the fetus from your womb. You’re not pregnant anymore.”
“T-Thank you, thank you, Yuan.” The woman instantly began sobbing, overwhelmed by her feelings, not in despair or sorrow, but in happiness, and added, “I don’t know how I’m going to repay you for this favor, because because of you, we women would no longer be discriminated against by society.”
“You may not know this, Yuan. Unfortunately, society despises women like us who’ve been captured by the goblins. To them, we’re no longer pure and they believe that we’re corrupted by darkness, so women like us are no longer accepted by society.” Leah explained this to Yuan with a hint of sadness in her voice.

However, seeing how their wounds have miraculously disappeared and how their skin looks more beautiful and younger, they choose to believe in Leah’s words.
“So that’s what happened, I see…” One of the women exclaimed in a low voice, and looked at Yuan feeling gratitude towards him for saving them from their brink of death.
After that, the women thanked Yuan for saving their lives from the disgusting creatures, they couldn’t help but be deeply indebted to Yuan for using such miraculous medicine on them.
Once they thanked him, Yuan then said, “Follow me, I’ll take you all out of here. My wives are waiting for me outside this chamber.”
‘So he is married already?’ Leah thought with a tad bit of sadness.
“Understood.” Everyone nodded at him.

“Oh, Darling you’re finally back.” Anna Grace immediately smiled seeing Yuan come out from the chamber with a few women following him from behind, and she frowned at them.
“Darling, are they the women captured by the goblins?” Anna Grace asked the obvious.
“That’s right. “Yuan stopped in front of his wives, and said, “They’re the women I just rescued because they’re heavily injured by the goblins. It took me a little longer than expected.”
“Is that so? Or perhaps you’re admiring their naked figures I suppose…” Anna Grace exclaimed in a playful tone after taking a quick glance at the women’s naked bodies.
As his mother said that, Yuan could feel numerous intense gazes landing on him and cold sweat appeared on his forehead.
Yuan looked at his mother for a moment before saying, “Mom, stop joking! Do you think I’m that kind of person?”
“Yes… You’re quite perverted after all.” Anna Grace said in a nonchalant voice.
Sometimes later, Yuan asked his wives to give some of their clothes to the women they rescued to cover their naked bodies.
His wives nodded at him and gave some of their old clothes to Leah and the others to wear without questioning.
Once Leah and the other women put on the clothes, Yuan and his wives lead them towards the exit of the cave system.
After a few minutes of walking, They arrived outside of the cave. A beautiful smile appeared on the women’s faces as they saw the sunlight after spending the hellish night inside the cave without any light source for a few days.
“Finally we’re free…” Leah mumbled in a dazed voice looking at the horizon.
