After saying this, he then turned to Old Jack, “Lord Jack, do you have any suggestions for the development of Thunderhawk City?”

Faced with Rocky’s sudden question, Old Jack was clearly taken aback, unsure of how to respond, and what puzzled him even more was why Rocky would ask him such a question.
